摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an original-position treatment method and an apparatus which agitate and mix a contaminated soil forming the bottom of the water with a solidification material such as cement, an insolubilization material or an adsorbent.
SOLUTION: An agitation blade shaft and a contaminated-substance diffusion preventive apparatus are installed to the lower part of a driving shaft of a mixing-treatment machine for a surface layer or a deep layer loaded on a mixing-treatment special cargo ship, the ship is positioned at the position requiring for treating the ship, the agitation blade shaft and the contaminated-substance diffusion preventive apparatus are made to fall down, the contaminated soil of the bottom of the water is made to divide with the contaminated-substance diffusion preventive apparatus, the agitation blade shaft penetrates into the contaminated soil of the bottom of the water while rotationally driving the shaft, the solidification material such as cement, the insolubilization material or the adsorbent is poured, and agitate mixing of the contaminated-soil of the inside divided with the contaminated-substance diffusion preventive apparatus is carried out to finish a solidification treatment or an insolubilization treatment. Thereafter, the agitation blade shaft is made to rise to be pulled, the contaminated-substance diffusion preventive apparatus is also made to rise, and the ship or the mixing-treatment machine is made to move to the following position to repeat to repeat the solidification treatment or the insolubilization treatment.

SOLUTION: This spraying method repeats a process of spraying the spraying material on a first small step part 102, a second small step part 104 and a gradient part 103 between these parts by arranging a frame 10 for movably holding a spraying nozzle 56 of the spraying material in the substantially parallel direction to the slope face so as to straddle up to the second small step part 104 from the first small step part 102 by forming a multistage slope face 100 for alternately continuing the gradient parts 101, 103, 105, etc. and the small step parts 102, 104, 106, etc., a process of moving the frame 10 along the first small step part 102 and the second small step part 104, and a process of arranging the frame 10 so as to straddle up to the third small step part 106 from the second small step part 104 by moving the frame 10 in the gradient direction of the multistage slope face 100.
