    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique that urges a user to acquire a key in a timing wherein a time margin sufficiently ensuring a pay program exists and a sufficient time can ensure a key acquisition job so as to provide an opportunity of determining purchase intention to the user thereby allowing the user to smoothly purchase the key and to view the pay program.
