    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetic rotating apparatus that can exhibit high rotational torque and can suppress power consumption. SOLUTION: The magnetic rotating apparatus includes a first rotating body 1 and a second rotating body 2, wherein a first magnet 3 is disposed in the first rotating body and a second magnet 4 is disposed in the second rotating body. At least either the first magnet or the second magnet is an electromagnet. A magnetic repulsion action is caused to occur between the first and second magnets by the ON operation of the electromagnet to make the first and second rotating bodies rotate relative to each other. Due to this structure, a magnetic repulsion is caused to occur not only when the first and second magnets come closest to each other but also occur continuously between the first and second magnets in a process of their separating from each other.
