The control section 3 includes: file name imparting means 34 for imparting a file name including an identification code obtained by processing the acceleration data to the operation history data including the image; and storage means 35 for storing the operation history data to which the file name is imparted. The file name imparting means 34 determines a maximum value of absolute values of acceleration detected in a prescribed range of time including a time when the acceleration exceeds a prescribed threshold or an acceleration division including the acceleration detected at the time when the acceleration exceeds the prescribed threshold, and the acceleration division is included in the identification code.
