    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide moving bed CO-separating equipment capable of steady COcollection and to provide CO-separating equipment of high energy efficiency.SOLUTION: The adsorption tower 11, which adsorbs COfrom a gas to be processed, is provided with an adsorbent hopper 10 that supplies a COadsorbent, which is the moving bed. Below the adsorption tower 11, a moving bed regenerating tower 12 for regenerating the COadsorbent after the COadsorption and a moving bed drying tower 13 for drying the COadsorbent after regeneration are provided. Water vapor for desorption generated from the drying tower 13 is supplied to the regenerating tower 12 and COis desorbed from the COadsorbent by condensing the water vapor on the COadsorbent. The COadsorbent that forms the moving bed is thereby re-circulated and used inside the CO-separating equipment 1, and utilization of the energy, which is used for drying the condensed water contained in the COadsorbent, for COdesorption makes the equipment highly energy efficient.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a CO2 recovery method and apparatus with which desorption and recovery of CO2 from a processed gas discharged out of a power generation plant equipped with a boiler and a steam turbine is carried out with low energy consumption.SOLUTION: Two adsorbent filling tanks 21 and 31, each of which accommodates a CO2 adsorption material installed at a CO2 recovery apparatus 20, perform the adsorption and desorption alternately of CO2 contained in a combustion exhaust gas discharged from a boiler 3. During CO2 desorption, some of the steam discharged through an outlet of a steam turbine 4 of a power generation plant 1 before entering a condenser 6 is separated, sent to a steam compressor 37 to be compressed and heated, then sent to a cooler 29. The steam after compression and heating is cooled to prepare steam for desorption at the cooler 29. The steam prepared at the cooler 29 is supplied to the adsorbent filling tanks 21 or 31 for CO2 desorption. Thereby exhaust steam which has not yet entered the condenser 6 may be used to prepare the steam for desorption.

The apparatus for producing the low-grade coal slurry comprises: a drying apparatus for heat-drying coarsely crushed low-grade coal; a condensed water-recovering apparatus for recovering, as condensed water, steam discharged from the low-grade coal by heat-drying; and a wet-crushing apparatus for slurrying the heat-dried low-grade coal by adding condensed water and a dispersant thereto.
