摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a joining method and a joining apparatus which can join a junction member to a member to be joined with a slight press force with high reliability without detriment to working environment.SOLUTION: In the joining method, a member of lowering a melting point is placed between a stud 2 and a workpiece 3. The member of lowering the melting point is composed of a metal material capable of eutectic reaction with the metal material constructing the stud 2 and the workpiece 3. The stud 2 is rotated to generate friction heat while the stud 2 is pressed against the workpiece 3 via the material of lowering the melting point inserted therebetween. Taking advantage of eutectic reaction, the connection portions of the stud 2 and the workpiece 3 and the member of lowering the melting point are melted. Then, the rotation of the stud 2 is stopped and the stud 2 is joined to the workpiece 3. Thus, the junction member can be joined to the member to be joined with a slight press force with high reliability without detriment to working environment.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent welding deformation generated in a skin plate in-welding a stiffener and to prevent process duration so as to reduce costs, by attaching, by means of heat resistant adhesive, a deformation prevention member to a skin plate between a stiffener and another stiffener to be welded. SOLUTION: On a wall surface, stiffeners 2 are disposed longitudinally at a predetermined interval on a skin plate 1. The stiffener is welded at a corner portion thereof along a total length thereof to be fixed on the skin plate 1. Before welding the stiffener 2 to the skin plate 1, deformation prevention members 3 are disposed at a predetermined interval between a stiffener 2 and an adjacent stiffener 2 to be welded. The deformation prevention member 3 is adhered to the skin plate of the wall surface using a heat resistant adhesive. Ordinarily, the deformation prevention member 3 is adhered to the same side as a side for welding the stiffener. Accordingly, attaching of the deformation prevention member and removal thereof after use is easy and fast, and moreover, the removed deformation prevention member can be used repeatedly.
