    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cosmetic good in usability including spreadability when applied, full-bodied feeling and infiltrative feeling despite being high in viscosity and having clouded creamy appearance, and also excellent in touch feeling such as firm feeling after applied.
      SOLUTION: The cosmetic comprises (A) an O/W-type emulsified product containing as emulsified particles an oily component comprising a liquid oil and a solid fat, wherein the average size of the emulsified particles is 0.2 μm or smaller and (B) an aqueous solution containing an anionic water-soluble polymer. In this cosmetic, there is a phase separation with the component A constituting a continuous phase while the component B an isolated phase. This cosmetic is 10,000 mPa s in viscosity at 25°C and less than 50% in 550 nm-wavelength light transmittance.
