      CONSTITUTION: On the piece of cloth 2 is piled the resin sheet 3 to prepare the piled body 1, the piled body 1 is fixed to a fixing frame 4, and the piled body is set between the opened stationary mold 5 and movable mold 6 of the injection molds with the cloth 2 facing to the stationary mold 5. Then the piled body 1 is heated to be softened. Thereafter, the piled body 1 is covered onto the stationary mold 5, and the fixing frame 4 is supported. Then the piled body 1 is sucked to the stationary mold 5 to be closely adhered thereto, the movable mold 6 is closed, and then a molten resin is injected into a space 11 between the molds and solidified to obtain the molded resin item 13 covered with cloth.

    • PURPOSE:To prevent the skin layer from having rumples or breakages, by sucking into a movable mold the skin lined with a non-air-permeable resilient sheet, and clamping the skin followed by injection of a molten resin. CONSTITUTION:To the backsurface of the skin 12 of cloth, leather or the like is lined the non-air-permeable resilient sheet 13 of soft foamed resin, after this is heated by a heater 17 to be softened, this is sucked into the movable moled 16 under vacuum with the skin 12 inside. Then the movable mold 16 is tightly fixed to a stationary mold 2 and is clamped, and a molten resin such as ABS resin is injected from a nozzle 6 via a sprue 7 into the molds. As the skin has been sucked onto the surface of the movable mold 16 previously, the skin 12 will not be broken or rumpled by the pressure of the resin or by the clamping operation. This method is suitable for producing interior automotive members such as instrument panels and others.

    • PURPOSE:To improve reliability in time of rear-wheel steering, by installing such an elastic body that is designed so as to make spring reaction force work if steerage is performed as far as beyond the specified steering angle, in a front- wheel steering system, in case of a device which steers rear wheels only when steering torque in a car reaches a level of more than the specified value. CONSTITUTION:A four-wheel steering car varies each hydraulic fluid flow of oil passages 20 and 21 of a control valve 22 in response to a steering angle of a steering wheel 25. With this operation, a pressure differential to be produced in each of symmetrical chambers 19a and 19b of a power cylinder 19 is utilized, thereby assisting the steering force. And, simultaneously a rear-wheel steerig actuator 1 is operated, performing the steerage of rear wheels. In this case, a rubberlike elastic body 27 is attached to each stroke end of oil passages 19a and 10b of the fron-wheel steering power cylinder 19, and spring reaction force is made so as to work against such steerage as being beyond the specified steering angle in design. With this constitution, even if the wheel steering angle is a little put back, power steering hydraulic pressure is highly keepable, thus such drawbacks that rear wheels go back to a neutral position is solved.

    • PURPOSE:To miniaturize a steering gear so compact in size, by letting a set load of a spring act on a power piston via a free piston so as to resist the operation of the power piston, while making oil pressure act on the free piston so as to weaken the energizing force of the spring. CONSTITUTION:When a steering wheel 12 is steered to the right, a selector valve 15 operates via a steering sensor 13 and a controller 14 and takes a selecting position 15c, while a variable throttle 22 is properly throttled. Therefore, oil pressure in an oil pump 17 is led into an oil chamber 1a inside a power cylinder 1. Likewise, this oil pressure also acts on an outer end face 5a of a free piston via an oil passage 31. In consequence, a total thrust of each of a power piston 2 and the free piston 5 overcomes the set load of a spring 8, making a piston rod 3 move to the right, thus rear wheels are steered. Therefore, owing to the said total thrust, even if the set load of the spring 8 is made larger, the power cylinder 1 is in no case required to make it larger at all. When the steering wheel 12 is steered to left, it is quite same.

    • PURPOSE:To prevent the occurrence of sudden steerage for rear wheels in time of trouble happening in a hydraulic system, by making an actuator, which makes these rear wheels steer in the reverse direction to a front-wheel steering direction in time of steering front wheels, nonoperational when a front steering angle is below the fixed value or a car speed is above the fixed one. CONSTITUTION:During steerage of front wheels 1, a tie rod 5 makes a piston rod 41 and a piston 35 of a piston valve body 34. However, at a region where each steering angle of these front wheels 1 is below the fixed value as in drining at high speed, the piston 35 is not largely moved, insomuch that it collides in taction with valve discs 36 and 37. Therefore, these valve discs 36 and 37 are kept in illustrated position where makes circuits 29 and 30 to be interconnected to chambers 22 and 23 at both sides of an actuator 18 for steering rear wheels 2 lead to a drain circuit 40. Accordingly, at the region where the front wheel steering angle is below the fixed value, even if oil pressure rises so abnormally, this actuator 18 will not work whereby these rear wheels 2 are not steered at all. At the region where the front steering angle is above the fixed one, the piston 35 collides in taction with these valve discs 36 and 37, moving the said valve body so that these rear wheels 2 are steered.

    • PURPOSE:To improve car steering stability, by setting a selector valve for steering rear wheels, to be steered in the reverse direction to a front-wheel steering direction, to an operating position at a rear-wheel steering position in time of more than the specified car speed while to a neutral position at a non-steering position, respectively. CONSTITUTION:In time of more than the specified car speed, a controlling device 31 keeps a selector valve 29 at an operating position with a signal out of a car speed sensor 32. Under this condition, if right steering operation takes place, front wheels 1 are steered to the right, while rear wheels 2 are steered to the left. When a car speed goes beyond the specified speed, the car speed sensor 32 indicates this fact to the controlling device 31. Receiving this indication, when the controlling device 31 judges that rear wheels 2 are in a non-steering position with a signal out of a position sensor 33, it causes the selector valve 29 to be situated in a neutral position 29b, disabling these rear wheels to steer. However, this control unit 31 judges that rear wheels are in the steering position, it keeps the selector valve 29 at the operating position 29a whereby such a possibility that these rear wheels 2 are locked as being left steered intact is prevented from occurring.

    • PURPOSE:To avert danger of a side collition between cars, by controlling a selector valve repeatedly between a rear-wheel steering position and a lock position each time a running distance from a steerage starting point of rear wheels, to be steered in the reverse direction to a front-wheel steering direction in time of steering front wheels, reaches the fixed value. CONSTITUTION:Under the condition that a car speed is below the fixed value and a front steering angle is above the fixed one, if a rear-wheel steering mode is selected by a mode switch 35, a controller 34 energizes a solenoid 33a with a continuous rating current, causing a selector valve 33 to be situated in a rear-wheel steering position 33d. When front wheels are steered to the right, rear wheels 2 are steered to the left whereby driving at a small turn is made possible. And, the controller 34 counts output pulse numbers of a car speed sensor from the start of the small turn driving and detects a running distance at the small turn. Each time this running distance comes to the fixed distance, the controller 34 causes the selector valve 33 to be situated in the rear-wheel steering position 33d, and afterward, during a certain small turn running, such control as causing the selector valve 33 to be situated in a lock position 33e is repeatedly carried out. In consequence, a rear-wheel steering angle is in no case turned to a final steering angle at a dash.
