    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a strip-like laminated base material in order to obtain a pipe lining material of high quality excellent in watertightness, capable of preventing ground water from reaching the inner surface of a repairing pipe, and a pipe lining material manufacturing method using it. SOLUTION: Hot air is sprayed on one sides of strip-like fibrous base materials 2 and 3 to melt them immediately before one sides of both fibrous base materials 2 and 3 are mutually pressed by pressure rollers 5A and 5B while passing the fibrous base materials 2 and 3 through the nip between the pressure rollers 5A and 5B to feed them in the length direction thereof and the molten one sides of the fibrous base materials 2 and 3 are successively pressed to one sides of the mutual partner base-materials by the pressure rollers 5A and 5B to form a watertight intermediate layer 4 between both fibrous base materials 2 and 3. Both side edges of the laminated base material 1 thus obtained are joined to form a tubular resin absorbing material 10 and, after the tubular resin absorbing material 10 is passed through a plastic tube 12, a liquid uncured curable resin is injected in the plastic tube 12 to be infiltrated in the tubular resin absorbing material 10 to obtain the pipe lining material.
