    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently carry out the setting work of a steel plate frame.
      SOLUTION: In a method of forming steel plate concrete, when setting at an installation expected position on a base 1 the steel plate frame K provided with a pair of steel plates 2 which are integrated to each other at an interval in a thickness direction at a plurality of places by interval holding members 4 and stud bolts 5 which are protrudingly formed at inner opposite surfaces of the pair of the steel plates 2, a plurality of joint bars 7 are embedded on the base 1 in a protruded state at a plurality of positions on the installation expected position, and the steel plate frame K is lowered and set from an upward direction in such a way that each joint bar 7 is stored in an expected space V to be filled with concrete between the pair of the steel plate 2. Thereafter the steel plate frame K is integrated with each joint bar by placing concrete 3 in the expected space V to be filled with concrete, so that a steel plate concrete structural wall W is formed. In this case, each joint bar 7 is arranged at a center or an almost center of the thickness of the steel plate frame K when installing the steel plate frame K.

Then by performing flaw detection on defects, the need for creating standard test blocks, each time the plate thickness and surface state of specimens differ from one another to simplify work can be eliminated and accurate evaluation can be made.
