    • PURPOSE:To obtain a small and highly sensitive electric current measuring apparatus by surrounding a conductor with a magneto-optic element having a refraction surface to turn light around the conductor. CONSTITUTION:Linearly polarized light with a polarizer 3 enters a magneto- optic element 2 surrounding a conductor 1, is reflected on mirror-like reflection surfaces 2a, 2b and 2c of a refrection means of the element 2 and emitted via a light detecting element 4 turning around through the conductor 2. Thanks to a larger optical path turning through the conductor 2, light emitted from the light detecting element 4 is modulated strongly in proportion to the magnetic field corresponding to electric current flowing through the conductor 1 while the effect of external magnetic field is eliminated due to the turning through the conductor 2 thereby preventing the effect of a conductor of other phase arranged close thereto. Thus, a small and highly sensitive electric current measuring apparatus is obtained.

    • PURPOSE: To enable the detection of voltages of conductors in phases with one photovoltage sensor by electrostatically shielding intermediate electrodes for capacitively dividing voltages of conductors in varied phases of a 3-phase package electric conductor so as to measure a conductor voltage without said measurement being affected by other phases.
CONSTITUTION: An intermediate electrode 4-U is arranged between a conductor 3-U and a shield tube 2-U insulated from both. A voltage Vu of the conductor 3-U is induced in the intermediate electrode 4-U as divided by electrostatic capacity between the shield tube 2-U and the intermediate electrode 4-U and the conductor 3-U and the intermediate electrode 4-U. Likewise, voltages V
      v and V
w are induced in intermediate electrodes 4-V and 4-W. The voltages V
      u , V
      v and V
w are inputted sequentially into a photovoltage sensor 6 with a changeover switch 5 to be converted into light signals, which are taken out through an optical fiber.

    • PURPOSE:To eliminate measuring errors, by changing the detection signal of a photoelectric converter for detecting one branched light with a beam splitter and the detection signal of a photoelectric converter once delayed with a delay circuit alternately to be converted using a set of A/D converter. CONSTITUTION:A part of a radiation light of a light source 1 is reflected on a beam splitter 2 and detected with a photoelectric converter 6a. The light passing through the beam splitter 2 is detected with a photoelectric converter 6b through optical fibers 4a and 4b and delayed by a specified time with a delay circuit 11. Then, a changeover switch 8 is used to change the non-delayed signal and the delayed signal alternately to be inputted into an A/D converter 9. This requires only one converter 9 thereby eliminating measuring errors due to the difference in the A/D converter characteristic that would be caused in the use of a plurality of A/D converters.

    • PURPOSE:To make the load imposed on each wheel equal as well as to aim at the attainment of stable running and an effective prevention against the breakdown of wheels and the like, by detecting the load imposed on plural wheels and each of their supporting devices, and according to each load given, adjusting the length of individual supporting devices. CONSTITUTION:In time of mounting a load on a table 1, if load is one-sided to some of wheels, the load of each supporting device 4 for plural wheels 2 is inputted into an operation control circuit 6 from each load gauge 4. Then, the length of such a supporting device 4 as meeting total load, the ideal load imposed on each supporting device 4 and sharing the ideal load to each device 4 is calculated on the basis of, for example, the length of the supporting device 4 that is close to the ideal load and the result is outputted. Successively, this output is amplified by a power amplifying function, then an actuator function installed in the supporting device 4 is driven and controlled so as to cause the load to become the ideal value. With this, the load imposed on each supporting device 4 is equalized, thus stable running is secured.
