      SOLUTION: By grinding the flange outside face, a maximum height difference of waviness is concretely suppressed to 0.05 mm or below in a pressing-finished reel and a relatively high plane, and thereby a core hole peripheral edge having high flatness and an attachment are closely adhered, and generation of eccentric rotation of the reel is extremely reduced. As a result, generation of disconnections and winding defects of a wire are extremely reduced, and adverse influences such as noise and damage on a facility side can be prevented.
