    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure, capable of efficiently suppressing the temperature rise of the surface of the structure.
      SOLUTION: The building 1 includes a concrete board 11 having ventilation characteristics and water retention characteristics, which is installed on a roof floor surface 5 on the roof of the building 1. The concrete board 11 is installed on the roof floor surface 5 through a spacer 13. A clearance is present between the concrete board 11 and the roof floor surface 5, and an air layer 21 is formed in the clearance. The air of the air layer 21 is hardly raised in temperature even in the daytime since the temperature lowers in the nighttime and falls under shadow of the concrete board 11 in the daytime. Therefore, the air layer 21 is maintained at a relatively low temperature, and the temperature of the roof floor 5 is consequently reduced relatively. The existence of the air layer 21 between the concrete board 11 and the roof floor surface 5 also minimizes the heat conduction from the concrete board 11 to the roof floor 5.
