    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a leveling apparatus which is simple in structure and automates leveling work of a covering material.
      SOLUTION: There is constructed a tunnel 4 in the natural ground 3, and a surface of the tunnel 4 is covered with an inner wall 5. The tunnel 4 has a floor slab 7 arranged therein, on which the surface leveling apparatus 1 is arranged. The surface leveling apparatus 1 has a main body 9 which has arched rails 11a, 11b on an upper portion thereof. The rails 11a, 11b have arranged thereon the leveling device 13 having a roller, and a spray device 15 in a manner movable in directions B1, B2. When the covering material is arranged on the inner wall 5, the spray device 15 moves on the rails 11a, 11b in the directions B1, B2 while spraying the covering material into a gap between the inner wall 5 and the roller, and the leveling device 13 levels the covering material by moving on the rails 11a, 11b in the directions B1, B2 with the rollers kept rolling, to thereby apply the covering material to the inner wall 5.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an installation method of a precast concrete member capable of accurately installing the precast concrete member molded as an invert floor slab in a predetermined position by absorbing unevenness of segments.
      SOLUTION: The invert floor slabs 2 and 2 composed of precast concrete are arranged by straddling between at least two segments 5 and 5 adjacent in the axial direction of a tunnel. An elastic member 8 is respectively interposed between the invert floor slabs 2 and the respective segments 5 and 5. A fixing bolt 6 is respectively fastened to the respective segment 5, 5 side from the invert floor slab 2 side. The unevenness of the segments 5 and 5 is absorbed by compression of the elastic member 8 by fastening of the fixing bolt 6. A solidifying material 9 is filled between the invert floor slabs 2 and the segments 5.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tunnel interior construction method which facilitates adjustment of a cant and a height of a road floor slab in a curved section and a clothoid section of a tunnel.
      SOLUTION: According to the method, a plurality of additional brackets 5 is set on a side wall bracket 1a on an external course side of the tunnel curved section, so as to form an ascending gradient in a tunnel axial direction, and the additional brackets 5 are set on the side wall bracket 1a on an internal course side of the tunnel curved section, so as to form a descending gradient in a tunnel axial direction. Then a bearing portion 3a is set at an end on the external course side of the precast floor slab 3, so as to form the ascending gradient in the tunnel axial direction and borne by the additional brackets 5 on the external course side, and a bearing portion 3b is set at an end on the internal course side of the precast floor slab 3, so as to form the descending gradient in the tunnel axial direction and borne by the additional brackets 5 on the internal course side. Further an upper surface of the precast floor slab 3 is formed into a twisted surface so as to continuously connect between the end on the external course side forming the ascending gradient in the tunnel axial direction and the end on the internal course forming the descending gradient.

      SOLUTION: The both side parts of the tunnel are covered by segments 1 with built-in side wall brackets 1a. A precast invert 2 is laid down at the bottom part of the tunnel. A precast wall panel 4 is installed on the precast invert 2. A precast floor panel 3 is installed between the side wall brackets 1a, 1a while adjusting the height and levelness of the precast floor panel 3 by an adjustment block 8 installed on the side wall brackets 1a.
