      SOLUTION: This prereceiving steel pipe 1 has a first pipe member 11 and a second pipe member 12. Cutout parts 11A, 11B and 11C are formed in a rear end part of the first pipe member 11, and projection parts 12A, 12B and 12C meshing with the cutout parts 11A, 11B and 11C are arranged in a tip part of the second pipe member 12. A reinforcing steel pipe 14 is fixed to an inside surface of the first pipe member 11. A tip part of the reinforcing steel pipe 14 is arranged by projecting from the first pipe member 11, and these projection parts are inserted, fitted and fixed inside the second pipe member 12.
