    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ground anchor installation device and installation method, capable of reducing the number of execution steps required for installation of a ground anchor.SOLUTION: Rotation and striking force are imparted to a boring rod 12, also push-in force is imparted, natural ground is excavated to a fixed depth while being drilled by a drilling bit 16, and a wire rope 20 is successively pulled into a drilled hole simultaneously. Then, while the boring rod 12 including the bit adapter 14 is pulled out from the inside of the hole while the drilling bit 16, a casing shoe 18, a wire connection sleeve 2202 and the wire rope 20 are left as they are in the drilled hole, grout is pressurized and injected into the hole through the boring rod 12 and the wire rope is fixed to the natural ground.

      SOLUTION: This hole drilling device 1 has a forepiling steel pipe 10. An excavation bit 11 is installed in a tip part of the forepiling steel pipe 10, and a swivel adapter 28 of a swivel joint 26 is connected to a rear end part of the forepiling steel pipe 10. The swivel adapter 28 is connected with a rock drill 19, and excavates the natural ground by transmitting excavation force of the rock drill 19 to the excavation bit 11 via the swivel adapter 28 and the forepiling steel pipe 10. Flushing air is supplied inside the forepiling steel pipe 10 from the swivel joint 26, and the flushing air is injected into an excavation part E in excavation, and discharges cuttings into a clearance part between an excavation hole and the forepiling steel pipe 10.
