    • PURPOSE:To provide a precast reinforced concrete foundation block instead of constructing a foundation by a method wherein cement paste is stored in a bank of leveling concrete and a foundation block, wherein grooves are formed all over the bottom surface thereof, is mounted on the cement paste without forming voids therein to join the block and the leveling concrete. CONSTITUTION:In a precast reinforced concrete foundation block 3, concrete is cast into forms wherein specified reinforcing bars are arranged, and grooves 7 are formed on the bottom surface of the block in a lattice-like state and column bars 5 are projected from the upper surface thereof and a suspension hook 6 is embedded therein. Cement paste 4 is stored to a predetermined depth within a bank 2 bonded to a leveling concrete 1 and the block 3 is placed within the bank by means of the hook 6, whereby bonding is effected without forming voids in the concrete 1. A precast reinforced concrete footing beam is mounted between two foundation blocks 3 thus constructed so that the foundation beam and the blocks 3 are connected together by means of cast-in-place concrete utilizing reinforcing bars embedded in the foundation beam at points where the column bars are embedded in the blocks 3.

    • PURPOSE:To simplify a junction structure by engaging a column member with the hole of a foundation member, filling and fixing mortar into a engaging section, fixing an inter-beam direction beam member to a column top steel plate via liner plates with bolts, and fixing a girder direction beam member to the upper flange of the inter-beam direction beam member with bolts. CONSTITUTION:A column member 2 is hung down, and a column lower section is fitted and set into the hole of a foundation member 1. Mortar 5B is filled in a gap between the hole of the foundation member 1 and the outer wall of the column member 2. Liner plates 10A, 10B are engaged with four anchor bolts 11 buried at the top end section of the column member 2, four anchor bolts 11 are inserted into bolt holes bored on the lower flange 3A of the inter-beam direction beam member 3, the inter- beam direction beam member 3 is mounted on the column head, and nuts 12 are fastened to fix the inter-beam direction beam member 3 to the column head. Four bolt holes bored on the upper flange 3B of the inter-beam direction beam member 3 and four bolt holes bored on the lower flange 4A of a girder direction beam member 4 are made to coincide with each other, the beam member 3, and bolts 3 are mounted on the inter-beam direction beam member 3, and bolts 13 are inserted into the bolt holes to fix them.
