摘要： PURPOSE:To obtain laccase industrially advantageously, by cultivating a specific fungus belonging to the genus Irpex, Auricularia, etc., capable of producing laccase. CONSTITUTION:A fungus belonging to the genus Irpex, Auricularia, Ganoderm, Coprinus, Daedaleopsis, or Flammulina, capable of producing laccase, is cultivated in a nutritive medium. Then, laccase is collected from the prepared culture. Irpex lacteus, Auricularia polytricha, Ganoderm lucidum, etc. may be cited as the strain used. Any of natural medium and synthetic medium can be used as the nutritive medium on condition that it contains properly a carbon source, nitrogen source, inorganic substance, and, if necessary, a very small amount of nutrient.

摘要： PURPOSE:To produce a large amount of NA lyase at a low cost on an industrial scale, by introducing a vector integrated with a DNA carrying a genetic information concerning the production of N-acetylneuraminic acid lyase and culturing the microbial cell in a nutrient medium containing molasses, etc. CONSTITUTION:A vector integrated with a DNA carrying genetic information concerning the production of N-acetylneuraminic acid lyase is introduced in a microbial cell. The cell is cultured in a nutrient medium containing one or more kinds of components selected from molasses, glycerol and corn steep liquor to effect the accumulation of N-acetylneuraminic acid lyase in the medium. After the completion of culture, the microbial cells are collected from the cultured liquid e.g. by centrifugal separation and are disintegrated e.g. by ultrasonic treatment to extract an enzyme. The extracted liquid is treated e.g. by salting-out to obtain purified NA lyase. The above microbial strain is e.g. Escherichia coli H3-4.

摘要： PURPOSE:To obtain pyranose oxidase in high yield in a culture, by cultivating a specific microorganism in a nutrient culture medium, and collecting the produced and accumulated pyranose oxidase in the culture. CONSTITUTION:A microorganism, belonging to the genus Irpex, Auricularia, Coprinus or Tramets, and having the ability to produce pyranose oxidase is cultivated in a nutrient culture medium to produce and accumulate the pyranose oxidase in the culture. The produced and accumulated pyranose oxidase is then collected. The nutrient culture medium to be used may be either one of synthetic and natural culture media if a carbon source, nitrogen source, inorganic material or other minor nutriments required by the strain used are moderately contained therein. The cultivation is usually carried out by the spinner culture method with aeration. Preferably, the cultivation temperature is within 20-35 deg.C range, and the pH of the culture medium is within 3.0-8.0 range. The cultivation is completed in a period of 3-7 days.
