    • PURPOSE:To prevent a trouble from being generated in the operation of a train when a fault is generated and to smoothly execute interlock control by always monitoring coincidence between a use system and a standby system and momentarily switching the system without a standstill time when the operation is coincident with the time of system switching. CONSTITUTION:In an interlock control system 10 which is the use system, a normality testing part 11 tests the normal operation of the system itself and when the operation is normal, a normal operation signal a2 is always outputted. Simultaneously, in an interlock control system 20 which is the standby system, a normality testing part 20 tests the normal operation of the system itself and when the normal operation is executed, a normal operation signal b2 is always outputted. Here, when abnormality is generated in the control system 10 and the normal operation signal a2 is stopped being outputted from the normality testing part 11, a switch control part 30 concerns the necessity of switching to the interlock control system 20 which is the standby system. According to a judging part 31 of the control part 30, the normality testing par 21 of the control system 20 tests the normal operation of the system itself and when the operation is normal, the normal operation signal b2 is outputted. The coincidence between the system and the other system is tested by a coincidence testing part 23 based on a feedback input and when the systems are coincident, a coincidence signal b3 is outputted. Then, the system is switched to the control system 20.

    • PURPOSE: To eliminate a need for a crossing control logic confirming test at each exchange, to reduce a cost, and to improve safety by a method wherein a plurality of crossing control logic are stored and switching to a crossing control logic corresponding to an interlocking logic responding to switching of the railway apparatus switching unit of an electronic interlocking device. CONSTITUTION: A railroad crossing control logic memory means 21 stores a plurality of crossing control logic 21a responding to the interlocking logic memory means 11 of an electronic interlocking device 10, and a crossing control logic mode switching means 23 switches to a plurality of the crossing control logic 21a corresponding to a plurality of rail way apparatus switching interlocking logic 11a responding to switching of a rail way apparatus switching unit. The link means 21 inputs course constituting information and train approach and exit information related to a crossing in the interlocking logic of the electronic interlocking device 10. A logic matching deciding means 24 compares consistency of the interlocking logic mode of the electronic interlocking device 10 with consistency of a self cross control logic mode, and crossing information input means 26 receives signals from crossing control elements B, C, and D to announce approach and exit of a train to the crossing of an object section.
