    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for preventing corrosion in a lightweight cast iron tube excellent in durability, also in which a primer at the outside face of the cast iron tube is not deteriorated by preheating at the time of subjecting the inside face to powder coating material coating and white rust is hard to be generated. SOLUTION: This method contains a stage (A) in which the outside face of a cast iron tube is thermally sprayed with a zinc, a zinc-aluminum pseudo alloy or a zinc- aluminum alloy to form a thermally sprayed coating layer, a stage (B) in which the surface of the sprayed coating layer is coated with a primer composed f an acrylic resin having 20 to 80 (mgKOH) solid content acid value, in which the number average molecular weight by a gel permeation chromatograph lies in the range of 8000 to 50000, and which contains the acrylic resin in the ratio of >=80 wt.% expressed in terms of the solid content to form a primer layer, a stage (C) in which, while the cast iron tube is preheated, in the process of the preheating stage, the inside face of the case iron tube is coated with an epoxy resin powder coating material, and the epoxy resin powder coating material is hardened by the preheating to form a powder coating film layer, and a stage (D) in which the surface of the primer layer is coated with a finish coating film material to form a finish coating film layer.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a filler having high fluidity while contriving the effective utilization of the earth generated in water purification.
      SOLUTION: In the filler, total weight of the earth generated in water purification and monmorillonite as a water-retaining agent : 0.05-5.0, metal powder as a foaming agent : 0.00005-0.001, ligninsulfonate as a fluidizing agent : 0.0015-0.05 and water 1.0-10.0 are mixed to cement : 1 by weight. A bleeding problem is solved by capturing an incremental amount of moisture by mixing the water-retaining agent. Fluidity is improved by dispersing the cement and the foaming agent or the like by mixing the fluidizing agent. A filler layer having many shape-retaining void layers is obtained by the foaming agent. When the void of the filler layer is increased, mechanical strength such as compression is deteriorated. When compressive strength is 0.1-1.0 N/mm
      2 by adjusting a mixing ratio of the water-retaining agent or the like, the expansion and contraction of a fitting due to the generation of an earthquake are smoothly performed, and when the compressive strength is 1.0-2.0 N/mm
      2 , the filler the same as a conventional one is obtained.
