CONSTITUTION:The thin film of the photosensitive resin composition consisting of a polymer A containing 2-100mol% structure unit expressed by the formula I, 0-98mol% structure unit expressed by the formula II and a compound B selected from a group of aromatic aldehyde and aromatic keton is formed. In the formula I, X is hydrogen atom or alkyl group, Y is cycloalkenyl group or the like. And in the formula II, X is hydrogen atom or alkyl group, Y is phenyl group or the like. Next, the thin film is partially irradiated with ultraviolet wave corresponding the the desired pattern and unreacted compound B is removed from the thin film with the solvent which does not dissolve the polymer A. After that, the full surface of the thin film is irradiated with ultraviolet wave. In this way, refractive index of the exposed part becomes higher than that the unexposed part and heat resistant pattern is formed.

    • PURPOSE:To exactly transfer a tongue-and-groove structure formed on a mold and obtain an industrially profitable optical part by a method wherein the mold, which is heated up to the heat distortion temperature of the resin composing resin layer, is pressed against the resin layer, the temperature of which is held below its heat distortion temperature. CONSTITUTION:By pressing a mold 3, which is heated up to the heat distortion temperature of the resin composing resin layer 2, against the surface of the resin layer 2, the temperature of which is held below its heat distortion temperature, the tongued parts of the mold 3 firstly come into contact with the resin layer 2, resulting in dispelling air interposing between the mold 3 and the resin layer 2. Heat is transferred through the resin layer 2 contacting with said heated mold 3, resulting in gradually imbedding the mold 3 in the layer 3. Thus, since no bubble generates between the mold 3 and the resin during forming, the tongue-and-groove structure formed on the mold 3 is exactly transferred to the resin layer 2.
