    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten a construction period, reduce cost, and execute lift-up by means of a relative simple supporting frame easily and stably, by eliminating a temporary provided inner pillar and utilizing the lower structure of main setting, at lifting up a large scaled roof structure. SOLUTION: After constructing a lower structure 2 and an inner roof structure 1A on a foundation 3, a roof outer circumference structure 1B having an outer circumference tension ring 1c is constructed on the lower structure 2, and a lift-up device 12 is arranged on the roof outer circumference structure 1B through a lift-up frame 11. A supporting framework 15 having a tension member 16 connecting together the roof outer circumference structure 1B and the lower structure 2, and a compression member 17 arranged between the tension member 16 and the outer circumference tension ring 1C is arranged. Under the condition in which tension is introduced to the tension member 16, compressive force in the horizontal direction is given to the outer circumference tension ring 1C by the compression member 17 (17a, 17b), and the compressive force is stored in the tension ring, the inner roof structure 1A is lifted up by the lift-up device 12, and the outer circumferential end part of the inner roof structure 1A elevated up to fixed height is connected to the inner circumferential end part of the roof outer circumference structure 1B.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a very low cost base isolated foundation structure by forming a ground improvement body at a position where a soft ground structure is built, forming a base isolation layer on the ground improvement body, and forming the foundation of the structure on the base isolation layer. SOLUTION: A ground improvement body 3 is formed at the position of soft ground where an upper structure 2 is built by partially ground-improving it over the whole certain area of the surface layer part of the soft ground 1 or in the form of a wall continuing in parallel with one direction to the surface layer part of the soft ground 1 or in the form of a lattice wall or in the form of a column lying uniformly scattered in the whole. Next, a base isolation layer 4 forms on the ground improvement body 3 in the form of a layer, for instance, having prescribed thickness from the high viscous material of high viscous asphalt or the like in which a particulates such as sand is mixed. The foundation slab 5 of the upper structure 2 is formed on the base isolation layer 4. Thereby fluctuations at an earthquake can be quickly damped by the action of the base isolation layer 4 while it is a simple structure.
