    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accelerate training effects equivalent to a highland training by providing accommodations formed by decompressing inside a building near a training facility under the decompressed environment and by training while staying there for a prescribed period. SOLUTION: Accommodations, a habitable facility, and a machine room 9 provided with an air conditioner and a decompression device 10 are provided inside a building 1 near a training facility under the decompressed environment such as an underground cavity, the indoor temperature and humidity are adjusted, and the air pressure is held to 0.7 atm, approximately same as that of a highland of the altitude 3,000 m or less. It is also provided with an adjustment room 12 for adjusting the outdoor and the indoor air pressure in coming in/going out the building 1 and an emergency exit 14. A few athletes stay in the building 1 at all times for a prescribed period and go to/from the training facility so as to train under the decompressed environment similar to the highland. After finishing the training, the athletes live under the decompressed environment at all times without returning to the normal pressure so as to accelerate the training effects further.

    • PURPOSE:To move a piston in a cylinder via a rod as well as to feed a required spot with seawater in the cylinder from a discharge pipe by utilizing pressure by wave force of the seawater sand head difference, and rocking a pressure receiving plate with a hinge fulcrum. CONSTITUTION:When wave energy of seawater W works on a pressure receiving plate 7, this plate 7 rocks, thereby moving a piston 6 so as to expand the inside of a cylinder 1. Therefor the inside of this cylinder 1 comes to negative pressure, a check valve 4 in a suction pipe 2 is opened, and thereby the seawater is sucked in the cylinder 1. On the other hand, when the wave energy works from the reverse direction, the piston 6 is moved in direction of compressing the inside of the piston 1 by rock motion of the pressure receiving plate 7. Consequently, the check valve 4 of the suction pipe 2 is closed and simultaneously a check valve 5 of a discharge pipe 3 is opened instead. With this constitution, the seawater W is fed to a required spot from the discharge pipe 3.
