摘要： PURPOSE:To prevent the clogging of an opening part due to compost, by a method wherein a first endless chain with pawls is stretched around a pair of first sprockets while a second endless chain with pawls is stretched around a pair of second sprockets. CONSTITUTION:Compost 18 in the vicinity of a bottom plate 14 is transferred toward an opening 17 by a first chain 25 with pawls and receives the scraping- off effect of pawls 26 to prevent the opening part 17 from clogging due to compost 18. Further, the compost 18 can be uniformly transferred over the entire surface of a tank bottom part toward the opening part 17 by the revolution of a revolving arm 22. The compost 18 fallen in a discharge passage 20 from the opening part 17 is sent to a discharge port 19 by a second chain 29 with pawls and discharged to the outside. At this time, clogging due to compost 18 can be prevented even in the discharge passage 20 by the action of the pawls 30 of the chain 29.
