摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manage the almost constant fixing force of a fuel injector with the management of the fastening torque of an injector fixing bolt, eliminate spherical seats, manufacture an oscillatable holddown by pressing a metal plate and reduce the required thickness of the oscillatable holddown. SOLUTION: A supporting point 11 is positioned at a holddown support 4 in the longitudinal direction. A force point 12 is formed on a circular face projecting toward the thrusting part 9 of an injector fixing bolt 7. The center O of the radius of curvature R of the circular face of the force point 12 is located at a crossing C between the bolt axis S of the injector fixing bolt 7 and the horizontal A of the holddown support 4. An oscillatable holddown 10 is formed by press punching and bending a metal plate and the supporting point 11 is formed with header press machining. A pair of right and left operating points 13, 13 of the oscillatable holddown 10 are integrally connected at both ends to each other via a connection 15.

Spline grooves 4a are provided with a specific inclination angle θ with respect to a governor shaft center Z so that locomotive resistance of the governor sleeve 6 externally fitted to the governor shaft 3 may reduce when the engine is accelerated or decelerated.

Though taper engagement between the adjustment bolt 8 and the spring support tool 13, fine adjustment of the tension of the torque spring 10 is effected with high precision. Through operation of the adjustment bolt 8 through a maintenance window 22, torque-increasing force is simply re-adjustment.

摘要： PURPOSE:To suppress vibration from a cylinder head and noise to the outside of a head cover and to simplify sealing operation. CONSTITUTION:A head cover 2 is installed in a cylinder head 1 via a sealing member 3 so as to be sealed oiltightly. A laminated damping plate 7, which is formed by coating a hard plate by an elastic material, is installed as a sealing member 3. In this way, vibration from the cylinder head 1 is mainly damped by the elastic material, so that noise leaking from the cylinder head 1 to the outside of the head cover 2 through a rocker arm chamber can be reduced mainly by the hard plate. Because of a form maintaining property of the hard plate, sealing operation of the damping plate 7 is facilitated.
