    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To minimize welding among members so as to save the labor and time of assembly and reduce heat losses of materials supported by a tire roller by providing notches in an annular hub and providing engaging protrusions on either one of the annular hub or a tire main body and notches in the other one. SOLUTION: A tire 2 comprises: a pair of annular hubs 3 which are mutually fitted into a water-cooled pipe, have an interval between each other on the water-cooled pipe and are so disposed as to be opposed to each other in the axial direction of the watercooled pipe; a tire main body 5 fitted onto the outer peripheral faces of the hubs 3 so as to extend across the hubs 3; and keys 4 which are fixed to the water-cooled pipe by welding, are engaged with the annular hubs 3 and work as turn-stops of the annular hubs 3 with respect to the water-cooled pipe. Each annular hub 3 is protrusively provided with an inner peripheral wall 31 and an outer peripheral wall 32 on an inner and an outer peripheral edges of an annular plate 30 so as to be directed outward, respectively, and a plurality of each of notches 33, 34 are provided at equal intervals on both the peripheral walls 31, 32, respectively. A protruding line circulating round an inner face of the tire main body 5 is formed at the center of a plane width of the inner periphery thereof, and a plurality of protrusions to be fitted into the notches 34 of the annular hub 3 are protrusively provided on both sides of the protruding line.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reuse the mold sand by filling the mold sand in an inlet part of a lost foam pattern, and sealing the inlet part with the self-curing mold sand to perform the molding of the lost foam pattern at an arbitrary posture. SOLUTION: The molding sand 5 is filled in an internal space to form an inlet part 2 of a lost foam pattern 1. The lost foam pattern 1 is provided with a plurality of opening parts 2a, and one opening part 2a is directed upward and the other opening part 2a is sealed by a wooden plate P to fill the molding sand 5. When the molding sand is filled, a part of the molding sand 5 filled in the opening part 2a of an opening end part 1a is scraped, and the self-curing molding sand 5A is filled in place of the scraped molding sand 5 and the opening part 2a is sealed. When the self-curing molding sand 5A used for sealing is cured, the opening part 2a in which the other opening end part 1b is temporarily sealed is held directing upward, and the wooden plate P is removed, a part of the molding sand 5 is scraped, and the self-curing molding sand 5A is filled to seal the opening part 2a.
