A layered product 13 prepared by alternatively laminating metal films and inorganic sheets is arranged along an inner surface of the inner vessel 4 on the side of the vacuum heat insulating layer 6 except for the entered heat insulating lid 8.

Thus if the heater 4 is broken during use and replacement is necessary, only the heater 4 can be pulled out for repair or replacement by opening the lid 7, so that it is not necessary to open the heat-insulating container 1 nor to take out the contents.

And the internal pressure of the space B is made higher than that of the space C to make higher the thermal conductivity of the vacuum heat-insulating space on the top side when the interior of the vessel is heated, so that heat release on the top wall surface side in the vessel is made larger, thereby uniformizing the temperature in the vessel.
