摘要： PURPOSE:To contrive the improvement of a working efficiency by a method wherein a driving device is interlocked and coupled with a wrapping conveyer belt in such a way as to drive a transfer rotating part facing forward and upward. CONSTITUTION:A driving device 4 is interlocked and coupled with a wrapping conveyer belt 1 in such a way as to drive a transfer rotating part 7 facing forward and upward and a transfer guide device 5 guides an intermediate transfer part 7b between transfer parts 7a and 7c in an inner-recessed state in such a way that the up-grade of the transfer part 7c closer to the terminal of the rotating part 7 is made steep to the transfer part 7a closer to the starting end of the rotating part 7. Moreover, a plurality of transfer pawls 6 are made to project at proper intervals in the rotating direction of the belt 1 and a forward-facing work led end receiving part 12, a front-rising work leg end scooping-in slant face, a forward-facing work vertex receiving part 10 and a back-rising work smoothly falling slant face are formed on the front face in the rotating direction of each pawl 6 in order from its base end edge toward its point edge to constitute a device. Thereby, a work is mechanized and a working efficiency can be improved.

Thereby, an operation for taking out lead frames one by one in a specified attitude is done by a machine, and working efficiency can be increased.

摘要： PURPOSE:To keep a production speed high as it is without lengthening the time required for forward-direction operation by selecting either of the forward or reverse direction of a lead frame and making the lead frame perform approximately a quarter of a rotation on the basis of the detected signal of a work-surface-or-rear detector, changing the direction of the lead frame from the left or right directions to forward direction. CONSTITUTION:Either of the left or right direction of the work surface (s) of a lead frame R is detected by a work-surface-or-rear detector 4, and the lead frame R is transferred from the position of detection 3 to a forward-direction operation-position 5 in the forward operating process 2 of the work surface (s), and supported to a support means 6. Either of the forward or reverse direction is deleced in the periphery of the vertical axis 8 of the lead frame R by a turning operating means 7 in the support means 6 on the basis of the detecting signal of the work-surface-or-rear detector 4, and the lead frame R is made to perform approximately a quarter of a rotation, thus changing the direction of the lead frame R from the left or right direction to the forward direction. Accordingly, the defect of the lengthening of the process cycle time can be eliminated, thus maintaining production speed high as it is.
