When clamping a metallic die D, the piston rod 50 is made to project in the left direction. Then, the force point part 5b is pressed upward by the first roller 21 with the second roller 22. Consequently, the metallic die D is pressed downward by a working point part 5c of the left part of the clamp arm 5.

    • PURPOSE:To remove a screw opening between a male screw and a clamp female screw and secure large clamp force by providing a penetration hole and an elevation means at a base, and providing at the same time a push-pressing portion at a clamp rod. CONSTITUTION:In the state of clamping, a clamp rod 9 is rotated clockwise by means of the output portion 14a of a rotary means 14, and the male screw 10 of the rod 9 is screwed into the clamp female screw 7 of a fixed matter 6. By the screw engagement force of both screws 10, 7, the fixed matter 6 is pulled upward through the rod 9, and downward reaction acting on the rod 9 is received on the upper surface of a base 1 through a push-pressing portion 11. As a result, the fixed matter 6 is fixed strongly at the lower surface of the base 1. When changeover into an unclamping state is made, the clamp rod 9 is rotated counterclockwise by means of the rotary means 14, and at the same time is ascended by means of an ascending/descending means 20.

CONSTITUTION:The first piston 8 which is reciprocatingly driven in the vertical direction by the pressurized fluid such as compressed air and a plunger 21 inserted into a plunger hole 20 are fixed in the upper and lower parts. A motor chamber 9 is formed on the upper side of the first piston 8, and the third cylinder hole 76 having the smaller diameter than the plunger hole 20 is formed on the upper side of the motor chamber 9. The third piston 77 which is fitted in airtight form with the third cylinder hole 76 is fixed on the first piston 8. A brake chamber 79 is formed on the upper side of the third piston 77, and the brake chamber 79 and a feeding port 14 for the pressure fluid are connected to each other through a communication passage 81. An opening/closing means 82 for opening/closing-operating the communication passage 81 is interlocking- connected with the first piston 8.

The cushion chamber 61 and the outlet 25b of the second check valve 25 for gas discharge are connected through a communication passage 62. A stopper part 64 for suppressing the upward shift over a prescribed quantity of the second piston 58 is formed on the peripheral wall of the second cylinder hole 25.

In the case that the pressure of the pressure port P is lowered abnormally by oil leakage, the pressure oil inside the hydraulic driving chamber 2 is exhausted quickly from the work port A to the pressure port P through a throttle passage 37, and when the pressure of the work port A is lowered to a set pressure for the residual pressure, a residual pressure keeping spring 19 closes the valve member 30 to make it abut on the valve seat 28. The pressure of the work port A can be thereby prevented. from lowering more than that.

    • PURPOSE:To prolong the use life of a seal for a check valve element by receiving a pressing force of a return control means with a shortage preventing valve seat so that the force dees not act upon a resilient seal between the check valve body and feed pressure valve seat in a pressure discharge condition so as to sustain the resilient condition of the resilient seal for a long time. CONSTITUTION:In a pressure discharge condition, a pressing force of a return control means 37 is received by a shortage preventing valve element 17 by way of a shortage preventing valve element 23, and accordingly, it dose not act upon a resilient seal member 21 between a check-valve element 19 and a feed pressure valve seat 15. Irrespective of accumulation of operating cycles of the return control means 37, the resilient condition of the resilient seal member 21 is satisfactorily maintained for a long time, and the resilient force of a check valve element closing spring 20 can be so weak that it only elastically deform the resilient seal member 21 made of rubber or the like in a pressure holding condition. Further, in a pressure feed condition, the check valve element 19 has a low cracking pressure while having a large valve opening lift, thereby it is possible to reduce the loss of pressure.
