摘要： PURPOSE:To prevent overspeed of an engine at applying of an engine brake, by feeding a signal, obtained by arithmetically comparing an overspeed limit with then engine speed, to a delivery control actuator and controlling a car speed. CONSTITUTION:An overspeed limit NOE stored in a control logical operation circuit 28 is arithmetically compared with an engine speed signal nE from an engine speed detector 15 to output an overspeed signal I8. Then if the signal nE increases higher than the limit NEO, in the direction the difference between these nE and NEO approximates to zero, the signal I8 is added to output signals (i), (j) for actuators 26, 27 of a pump through adders 101, 102. In this way, an engine speed NE is held to the limit speed NEO to prevent overspeed.

Such signals (i), (j) as to set the turn signal Io in the direction approaching zero are sent out to discharge quantity control actuators 26, 27 of the hydraulic pumps 6, 7 by means of said signal Io and a signal (c) from a change lever position detector 13.

This constitution enables relaxation of an impact load at a whole contact part between the frame 2 and the body 1, and enables improvement of durability of the frame 2 and the body 1.

CONSTITUTION:A signal nE from a detector 15 for the number of revolutions of an engine is compared with a minimum number of revolutions signal nmin from a minimum number of revolutions setter 31 by means of a comparing circuit 32, and working clutches are detected by means of their respective hydraulic switches 18-21. Even if any clutch is switched ON and if the actual number nE of revolutions of an engine becomes below nmin, an OFF signal is outputted to a clutch change-over switch, corresponding to the clutch, of clutch change-over switches 22-25 to disengage to clutch. This causes shut-off of transmission of the power of an engine to an output shaft, protects the engine against an overload, and prevents engine from stop.
