摘要： PURPOSE:To obtain the subject paste capable of providing the subject oxide superconductor excellent in the amount of preferred orientation by heat treatment at comparatively low temperature for a comparatively short time by mixing plural respectively specified powders into a composition of the oxide superconductor and blending an organic vehicle therewith. CONSTITUTION:A powder (e.g. Y2O3 particle) consisting of a solid phase existing together with a liquid phase when a Y-based oxide superconductor (e.g. Y-Ba-Cu- O-based oxide) is heated at >=a prescribed temperature is mixed with another powder (e.g. Ba-Cu-O amorphous particle) consisting of a substance containing elements capable of production of the above-mentioned oxide superconductor by a reaction with the above-mentioned powder so as to have a composition of the above-mentioned oxide superconductor and an organic vehicle (e.g. mixture composed of ethyl cellulose, terpineol, dibutyl phthalate and butylcarbitol acetate) is blended therewith.

摘要： PURPOSE: To produce a Y system superconducting film in a short time having an excellent superconduction characteristic on an oxide monocrystal fiber. CONSTITUTION: A Y-Ba-Cu-O system solution 3 is received to an upper part of a Y2 O3 -made crucible 2, to charge a lower part with Y2 BaCuO5 powder 4, and an upper part temperature of the solution is set to the temperature of depositing a YBa2 Cu3 O7- Y phase as a primary crystal so as to decrease the temperature in an upper part direction of the crucible 2. In this solution, by continuously dipping an oxide monocrystal fiber 1 consisting of YSZ or the like by a laser pedestal method to deposit the YBa2 Cu3 O7- Y phase on the fiber, a Y system superconducting film excellent in a degree of orientation is formed on the fiber.

摘要： PURPOSE:To enable a precise circuit to be formed, prevent characteristic deterioration due to impurities from being reduced, and achieve high density by forming a pattern by an electrophotography system using a toner including a fine particle which is created by the spray heat decomposition method and then performing heat treatment. CONSTITUTION:A synthetic resin is coated around the outer periphery of a fine powder consisting of a substance including an element constituting an oxide superconductive substance whose grain diameter measures 1mum or less which is created by the spray heat decomposition method. Then, a specified pattern is created on a substrate 13 consisting of a substance which generates an oxide superconductive substance by reacting with the fine powder by the electrophotography system with this fine powder as a toner. Then, by performing heat treatment, this pattern is allowed to react with the substrate, thus forming specified patterns A and B of superconductive substances on the substrate. Instead of using a fine powder which is coated with a synthetic resin as a toner, the fine powder and the synthetic resin are blended and this blended powder can be used as a toner. Also, a blended powder obtained by blending a specified amount so that a superconductor may be formed by reacting with the substrate on firing can be used as a substance including an element constituting an oxide superconductive substance.

An already known superconductive substance such as Y or Bi can be used as an oxide superconductive substance. Also, a substance including an element constituting the oxide superconductive substance is used as a mixed power which is blended by a specified amount of form a superconductor when performing calcination. In the ink jet system, an ink jet printer is used to spray a liquid particle onto an insulation film for printing a circuit.
