摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an e-mail confidential protection system allowing a strict confidentiality and an easy operation. SOLUTION: This e-mail security protection system comprises a first processor 10 having e-mail transmitting and receiving function with the outside; a card type second processor 20 attachably and detachably connected to the first processor; an encrypted mail protection program for performing encryption/ decryption processing to the e-mails transmitted to and received from the outside by the first processor; and a decryption program for decrypting the encrypted mail protection program. The encrypted mail protection program is halved, with one being stored in the first processor 10, and the other in the second processor 20. Further, the one of the encrypted and halved mail protection programs is transferred to the side for executing the decryption program of the first and second processors, wherein it is combined with the other, and then decrypted by the decryption program. The encryption and decryption processing of the e-mail is performed by the decrypted mail protection program.

CONSTITUTION: An ultrasonic pulse from a transmitter/receiver 23to be excited with a transmitting section 1 is reflected on the sea bottom 3 to be received with the transmitter/receiver 23 and a received signal from a receiving section 4 is converted 28 into digital from analog to be written into a signal fetch memory 34. On the other hand, a signal read from a main memory 81 is fed to a CRT82 and a display surface of the CRT82 is scanned over the surface thereof with the control of an electron beam by a synchronous signal. New detection information forms one display line on the surface thereof 82 and other display lines are moved to the right sequentially. Then, the reading out from the main memory 81 is performed at a half speed and the 8image displayed on the CRT 82 is compressed to a half in the direction of the display line so that the same two images will be displayed. So, a digital signal from the memory 34 is read out at the speed twice the writing speed for the main memory 81 to be transferred thereto 18 and thus, new detection information is displayed on one of the two images on the display surface.

When it is judged that said latitude is higher than the predetermined one, an auxiliary latitude line 14a is additionally displayed at an interval narrower than that of the usual latitude line 14. By this method, even when the position of positional information is a high latitude, plural latitude lines are necessarily displayed and, therefore, the track can be read easily.

CONSTITUTION:A current detecting resistor 25 is inserted in series with a transistor 14. When an overload state occurs due to the variation in load 21, the voltage at a junction point 28 exceeds the reference voltage of a constant voltage element 32 and the output of a comparator is inversed. The output of comparator 29 is latched by a latch circuit 36, a transistor 37 is turned to conductive, and between the base and the emitter of the transistor 14, which is a switching element, is short-circuited. Accordingly, the transistor 14 is maintained in OFF state, and the load 21 and the power source can be protected.
