摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the clogging of a pipe, to restrain the generation of dust and to improve the surroundings by forming negative pressure in a conveying pipe with suction from a supplying hopper side and conveying powder in the conveying pipe into the supplying hopper side. SOLUTION: Exhaust nozzles 18a, b are fitted to flexible containers 10a, b, and blasting means 17a, b and the conveying pipe 12 are connected. One side of the flexible container 10a side is opened with a switching valve 11 and the powder in the inner part is stirred by blasting into the flexible container 10a with the blasting means 17a. A suction pump 15 is worked, and the powder in the flexible container 10a is sucked into the supplying hopper 14 through the conveying pipe 12. The powder is not directed to the suction pump 15 with a filter 24 at the upper part of the supplying hopper 14 and only the air is directed to the suction pump 15. When the conveying is completed, the suction pump 15 is stopped and a shut-off valve 16a is opened and a vibrator 20 is vibrated to supply the powder into the mold.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To safely and quickly cut and remove metal, slag and refractory on the inner surfaces of immersion tubes and circulating tube in an RH vacuum degassing apparatus. SOLUTION: Whole device is shifted below the immersion tubes 1 by operating a base carriage 17 and a bit 2, upper support 8 and cutting waste chute 9 are risen. At this time, the alignment between the bit 2 and the immersion tube 1 is executed by inclining a guide rail 16. Successively, firstly, the support 8 is held to an immersion tube connecting flange 1a and fixed. Successively, the feeding speed of the bit 2 is matched to the feeding speed at the time of cutting the refractory, and the cutting in the inner surface of the immersion tube 1 with the bit 2 is started. When the rotation stops on the way of cutting, the feeding speed is changed over, and the cutting is again executed to execute the cutting to a prescribed position. The cutting waste discharged during cutting is recovered into a cutting waste bag 12 through a chute 9. After completing the cutting, the bit 2 is lowered and successively, the support 8 and the chute 9 are lowered to complete the work.

When a fused damage part 16 occurs in the refractory material 12 and the damage becomes large, the interval between the temperature measuring point of the corresponding sensor 14 and the fused iron 15 become close, and the measured temperature becomes high. At the same time, the delay time becomes short. When the delay time in temperature response is monitored, the degree of the damage of the refractory material 12 can be grasped.

The tube 1 and the mechanism 2 are installed on a table 5. The table 5 is so pivotally secured by a shaft 9 as to rotate the tube 1 on a rotary table 8 rotatably supported to the upper end of the strut 7 of a base 6 in the elevating direction, and elevated by a tilting cylinder 10. Thus, the direction of the tube 1 is arbitrarily selected and the projection is conducted by the pressure to repair the position to be repaired even if the position is at a high place or a remote distance.

With such an arrangement, almost of a clearance between a side wall of the electrode insertion hole 14a and the electrode 5 is closed or clogged, there is no clearance between the electrode 5 and the dividing seal plates 7A, 7B caused by vibration of the electrode and then the surrounding working environment can be improved.
