摘要： PURPOSE:To convert a pre-asphaltene into an oil component to thereby improve the recovery of an oil component by utilizing a distillation residue obtained in the primary hydrogenation process. CONSTITUTION:A mixture of raw coal, a catalyst, and a solvent is subjected to primary hydrogenation and then distillation to be separated into naphtha, a medium oil, and a distillation residue. This distillation residue is treated for deashing with a solvent having an average boiling point of 160-220 deg.C to be separated into a slurry S1 containing insoluble matter, such as ashes, and a solution A1 containing a heavy oil fraction and a pre-asphaltene. This solution A1 is treated for deasphalting with a solvent having an average boiling point of 150 deg.C or lower to be separated into a slurry S2 comprising a concentrated pre-asphaltene, and a heavy oil fraction solution A2 containing 10wt.% or less residual pre-asphaltene. After separation of the solvent, this solution A2 is subjected to secondary hydrogenation and then distillation to give naphtha and a medium oil. The slurry S2 serves as raw material in the primary hydrogenation.

摘要： PURPOSE:To control the generation of an adherent substance and to improve the recovery of a pre-asphaltene by performing a process so as to provide a specified weight ratio of the heavy liquefied material to insoluble matter, such as ashes, in a heavy liquefied material solution in a slurry. CONSTITUTION:A mixture of raw coal, a catalyst, and a solvent is subjected to primary hydrogenation and then distillation to be separated into naphtha, a medium oil, and a distillation residue (R) containing insoluble matter, such as ashes, and a heavy liquefied material. Component R is treated one or more times with a solvent comprising authigenic naphtha having an average boiling point of 160-220 deg.C to extract the heavy liquefied material, thus giving a heavy liquefied material solution (C) and a slurry (S) containing a heavy liquefied material solution (Cs) in which the weight ratio of a heavy liquefied material to insoluble matter, such as ashes, is 3 or less. The solvent is separated from component S for recovery, and component C is separated into a solvent and a heavy liquefied material. This heavy liquefied material is subjected to secondary hydrogenation and then distillation to give naphtha and a medium oil.

CONSTITUTION:An organic solvent is added to a solvent-purified coal obtained by the liquefaction process of coal, and the resultant settled and separated waste sludge is subjected to steam distillation to recover the organic solvent. The resultant distillate obtained by the steam distillation is a mixture of the recovered organic solvent with water. The former is an oily material and the oil-water separation is readly carried out to circulate the oily material as the organic solvent for use. On the other hand, the residue after the steam distillation is in the state of solid dispersed in water and the solid is separated from the water.

摘要： PURPOSE:To improve the yield of liquefied oil by spraying a concentrated insoluble matter slurry obtained from a distillation residue into a high-velocity fluidized bed of heated porous particles to evaporate the solvent in the slurry. CONSTITUTION:A mixture of pulverized and dewatered raw coal, a catalyst, and a solvent is primarily hydrogenated and then distilled to separate into naphtha, a medium-gravity oil, and a distillation residue. A dewashing solvent is added to the distillation residue to dissolve and extract the heavy liquefied material in the residue. The mixture is then transferred to a settling tank, where undissolved matter is allowed to settle, thus separating into a concentrated insoluble matter slurry and a supernatant liquid. The slurry is introduced into a raw material tank 1. On the other hand, N2 gas is introduced through a booster blower 2 and a preheater 8 into porous particles comprising amorphous alumina or zeolite having a particle diameter of 100-300mum in a high-velocity fluidized bed 3 to heat the particles to 300-650 deg.C, and the slurry is sprayed through a pressure reducing valve 9 into the fluidized bed 3 to evaporate the solvent in the slurry and separate the heavy liquefied material. The porous particles are recovered in a cyclone 4, the evaporated material is passed through a condenser 5 and collected in a receiver 6, and the particles having adherent evaporation residues are drawn out of the system through the bottom 7 of the fluidized bed.

The dissolved matter is secondarily hydrogenated.
