摘要： PURPOSE: To provide a screen replacing apparatus in which a screen retainer in the case of replacing the screen can be easily attached or detached. CONSTITUTION: A screen replacing apparatus comprises a slider 2 in which a breaker plate 11, a screen 12 and a screen retainer 13 are mounted in this order in a hole 9 for the plate and which is slidably provided in a body 1, wherein the slider 2 is formed of a round rod, and the retainer 13 is formed in a ring state. Simultaneously, the depth of the hole perpendicular to the axial center of the slider 2 of the hole 9 for the plate is formed in the depth in which the edge 15 of the retainer 13 in the case of mounting the plate 11, the screen 12 and the retainer 13 is substantially in plane with the outer periphery of the slider.

摘要： PURPOSE:To prevent involution of gas, such as air, into a molten metal pouring nozzle and to make molten metal flow from the pouring nozzle into a mold quiet and uniform over the whole width of the mold by arranging a reducer having opening area equal to or less than the outlet area of the pouring nozzle to inlet of a molten metal preliminary chamber and pouring the molten metal. CONSTITUTION:Under condition of opening the molten metal discharging hole 2 by ascending a slide valve 3 to the prescribed position and closing the molten metal discharging hole 6 in the molten metal preliminary chamber 5 with a stopper 7, the molten metal 10 is received to a tundish 1 from a molten metal vessel, such as ladle. After the prescribed quantity of molten metal 10 is filled in the tundish 1, by descending the slide valve 3, an orifice 4 is positioned to the discharging hole 2, and by opening the stopper 7, the molten metal is poured into the mold 9 for strip through the pouring nozzle 8. After that, by controlling the molten metal 10 head in the tundish 1 while pouring the molten metal 10 into the tundish 1 from the molten metal vessel during continuously casting, the molten metal is poured while adjusting the normal flowing rate into the mold.

The elongation and expansion of the screen 7 become able to a certain degree and the filtering area thereof can be made as large as possible. The pressure loss of the molten resin can be reduced.
