摘要： PURPOSE:To make assembling of a ceramic filter easy and to prevent the play of the ceramic filter for a long time while the filter is transported. CONSTITUTION:This supporting frame 1 to be assembled with a ceramic filter to remove and recover soot is provided with several pairs of engaging projections 5 on the inner side facing to each other. A leaf spring 6 is fixed between each pair of engaging projections 5 in such a manner that the ends of the leaf spring 6 are engaged with the projections and the convex side 6a of the spring is to face the edge of the ceramic filter to be assembled. Thus, no preceding preparation for assembling of the ceramic filter to the frame 1 is needed. Moreover, since the ceramic filter is pressed and held by the spring force of the leaf spring 6, the filter has no play for a long time during transportation.

The generation of the pores, such as pits and gas grooves, is then obviated in spite of the fillet welding of paint coated steel sheets and rust steel sheets. The smooth beads which are good in equal leg property, are free from under-cuts and have good uniformity are obtd.

CONSTITUTION:The unit electrolytic cell 14 is provided with the inlet 2 and outlet 3 for the wire W, and an electrolyte 4 is supplied into the cell under pressure by a supply pump from an inlet 5. The cells 4 are arranged at regular intervals in tandem, and the wire is traveled successively through the cells. Since the pressurized electrolyte is filled in the cell, the electrolyte is discharged from the outlet and inlet for the wire as a jet 6. Accordingly, the electrolyte is injected around the traveling wire in parallel or in practically parallel with the traveling direction as shown by the arrows, the flows in the normal and reverse directions are formed in layers in the traveling direction of the wire and brought into contact with the whole periphery of the wire surface, and the electrolytic flows are instantaneously replaced.
