    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lightweight aluminum or aluminum alloy-made air tank easily manufactured and having low cost. SOLUTION: A first air tank main body 1 is constituted of a first body part 31a and first end plates 32a, 32b formed on both ends of the first body part 31a. The first body part 31a and the first end plates 32a, 32b are integrally provided by hydraulically bulging an aluminum alloy-made extruded material, and the first end plates 32a, 32b are molded by being drawn by spinning after hydraulic bulging. Connecting nozzles (bosses) 7, 8a, 8b are formed on the center parts of the first end plates 32a, 32b and the side surface of the first body part 31a. The connecting nozzles are provided by projecting work when the first air tank main body 1 is hydraulically bulged. Therefore, it is unnecessary to provide after-processing such as boring work and welding work to the air tank main body 1 in order to form the connecting nozzles, and also it is unnecessary to provide a thick part in order to process the connecting nozzles. Therefore, the air tank has high precision, and the manufacturing cost is extremely low.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a process for producing a tubular base ring with beads in which a metal mold 156 having grooves 151, 152 is disposed adjacent to the outer circumference of a tubular base ring 1, a coil 157 for electromagnetic forming is disposed inside the tubular base ring 1, and the tubular base ring 1 is expanded in a diameter direction to form a tubular ring 164 with beads so that the tubular base ring 1 is uniformly sucked in the grooves 151, 152.
      SOLUTION: The molding plane of a mold 156 is substantially surface-symmetric with a plane orthogonal to the axial direction at the center position in the axial direction as a symmetric plane. The center position in the axial direction of the tubular base ring 1 is coincident with the center position of the axial direction of the mold 156. The inside diameter of the molding plane of the mold 156 is the smallest at the center position, where an outer circumferential surface of the tubular base ring 1 is brought into contact with the molding plane of the mold 156. Uniform molding is thus performed.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a continuous frame with floor for temporary scaffold which is capable of preventing falling of tools and improving safety of workers. SOLUTION: A cover material 1 is provided with a cover part 11 made of a rectangular flat plate in a plan view, a first supporting plate 12 extending vertically from one end part of the width direction of the cover part 11 to the cover part 11 and a second supporting plate 13 connecting an end part on the other side of the width direction of the cover part 11 and an end part on the opposite side of the end part with which the cover part 11 of the first supporting plate 12 is connected. The cover material 1 is provided with a first copy plate 14 extending in parallel to the cover part 11 from the connecting part of the cover part 11 and the first supporting plate 12 and in the reverse direction to the cover part 11. Further, the cover material 1 is provided with a second copy plate 15 extending in parallel to the first copy plate 14 from the connecting part of the first supporting plate 12 and the second supporting plate 13 and in the same direction as the first copy plate 14. The inside surface of the first copy plate 14 is copied from the surface of a beam material 3, the inside surface of the second copy plate 15 is copied from the rear face of the beam material 3 and the cover material 1 is fitted into the beam material 3.
