    • PURPOSE:To form a deep groove and to ensure a desired heat conductivity by forming a drawing die, a grooved plug and a retaining ring for rolled member with a shape memory alloy selectively. CONSTITUTION:The drawing die 2 is formed with the shape memory alloy, after passing through the metal pipe 1 by the same outer diameter of the grooved plug 4 or larger diameter of it, heated and reduced its diameter. More, the grooved plug 4 and the retaining ring 7 for rolled member 6 are formed with the shape memory alloy, the grooved plug 4 is inserted into the metal pipe 1 in the state of having a smaller diameter than the pipe. Then, after the retaining ring 7 for the rolled member 6 is set on the position where it is corresponding to the grooved plug 4 and the rolled member 6 does not press the metal pipe 1, the grooved plug 4 and the retaining ring 7 are heated to expand the diameter of the grooved plug 4 and to contract the diameter of the retaining ring 7 simultaneously. Thence, the inner surface of the metal pipe 1 is expanded to the same diameter of the groove depth or more by the grooved plug 4 to work grooving the inner surface.

    • PURPOSE:To provide a heat transfer tube excellent in corrosion resistance against sea water and excellent in contact property by forming on the inside of a tube a coated film where powder having as a chief ingredient either iron hydroxide or iron oxide is dispersed in water glass having a specified molar ratio of Na2O and SiO2. CONSTITUTION:There is formed on the surface of a host material 1 of a heat transfer tube a coated film yielded by dispsesing powder 3 taking as ingredient either iron hydroxide or iron oxide is disersed as a chief ingredient iron hydroxide or iron oxide in water glass 2 having a 2.5-3.3 molar ratio of Na2O and SiO2. When sea water is allowed to pass through the water glass 2 is dissolved into the sea water while the iron hydroxide and the iron oxide adhere to the surface of the coated film, allowing the entire surface of the coated film to be coated with a layer 4 of the iron hydroxide and the iron oxide having excellent corrosion resistance. Although the layer 4 of the iron hydroxide and the iron oxide also gradually disappears by being dissolved into the sea water, new powder 3 is exposed to the film surface owing to be disappearance of the layer 4 and thereafter the film surface is coated with a new layer 5 of the iron hydroxide and the iron oxide. Thus, a layer of the iron hydroxide and the iron oxide is repeatedly formed on the film surface at all times to protect the tube from corrosion over a long period of time.

    • PURPOSE:To perform high quality inside surface grooving with good workability for a metal tube by performing inside surface grooving by form rolling members and a grooved plug after reducing the tube by cooperation of a floating plug, drawing die having a specific outlet hole diameter, and hydraulic pressure. CONSTITUTION:A metal tube 1 is reduced by cooperation or a drawing die 2 and a floating plug 3. After that, the inside surface of the tube 1 is grooved by from rolling members 6 supported by a holding and supporting ring 7 and a grooved plug 4 rotatably connected to the back of the plug 3 by a tie rod 5. Then, the tube 1 is shaped by passing the tube 1 through a shaping die 8. As for an inside surface grooving device for the above tube 1, the outlet side hole diameter of the die 2 is brought to be larger than a size being twice of (an outside diameter of the plug 4 plus a wall thickness of the tube 1). Further, a liquid such as oil is sprayed by high pressure on the outside peripheral surface of the tube 1 immediately after passing the die 2 in a position just after from the die 2 from plural nozzles 10 arranged in radial positions to push the tube 1 onto a bearing part of the plug 3.
