This metallic bar B1 is transferred to the hook 20 of a boring machine 19 for iron tapping hole through a cylinder 3 for elevating having a claw 17 and a cylinder 4 for tilting. In the metallic bar supplying device of the boring machine for iron tapping port of a blast furnace, a metallic bar stock table 5 is provided at the rear upper part of the guide 2 for discharging the lower step metallic bar. The different kind metallic bar B2 stored therein is supplied to the first stopper 9 through the guide 6 for discharging the upper step metallic bar over a second stopper 23 through a claw 26 of a cylinder 24 for upper step discharge. This guide 6 is turned to be retractable and has a length coming to the third stopper 10.

    • PURPOSE:To stably keep center flow operation by controlling the specific raw material charging pressure from charging chute at axial center part in accordance with raw material piling level in a furnace and adjusting reached position of the specific raw material. CONSTITUTION:After storing the specific raw material separating to a chute 10 from a charging conveyor 6 to a storing vessel 11, it is charged into a hopper 14 through a slide gate 12, discharging feeder 13. After storing this in a pressurizing chamber 19, it is charged into the axial center part from a charging chute 9. Coke-ore alternative piling state in the furnace is measured with a measuring instrument 2 and profile meter, and based on the result, a working valve 17 or discharging pressure valve 18 in N2 supplying line l1 and N2 discharging line l2 are opened/closed to increase/decrease the pressure in the pressurizing chamber 19. By this method, the discharging speed of the specific raw material discharged from the charging chute 9 is adjusted to stably execute blast furnace operation under good productivity.

    • PURPOSE:To improve the flowability of a powdery/granular body by increasing the flow rate of aeration in the vicinity of respective clogging-generated locations by a method wherein temperature in the vertical direction at several points in the circumferential direction on the inner surface of a discharge port is measured, and a first order differentiation value for temperature distribution in the vertical direction for the measured temperature data is obtained. CONSTITUTION:By running a fixed current to each thermistor 3 from an operation unit 4, from the start point of a stored powdery/granular body P, temperature of each location on the peripheral wall of a discharge port 2 is continuously measured by the generated voltage. Then, by the operation unit 4, the distribution of respective measured temperature data on thermistors 3 on the same vertical line, i.e., a first order differentiation value of the temperature distribution in the vertical direction, is continuously obtained, and when the first order differentiation value shows a peak which exceeds a previously set threshold value, the vicinity of the thermistor 3 which corresponds with this peak is assessed as a clogging generated position of the powdery/granular body P. At the same time, a shut-off valve 6 of an injection nozzle 5 which belongs to a section wrapping the arranged position of the thermistor 3 is operated by a command from the operation unit 4, and the flow rate of aeration of the injection nozzle 5 for the applicable section is increased.

    • PURPOSE:To supply stably fuel to be used and reduce the fuel cost by providing a line which transports pneumatically part of the dried pulverized coal in a dried pulverized coal storage section to the burner in a drying gas temperature raising section. CONSTITUTION:Part of the dried pulverized coal in a pulverized coal storage section 4 is drawn out and a line L is provided through which the part of the pulverized coal can be pneumatically transported to the burner 5 in a drying gas temperature raising section l as powdered fuel. The dried pulverized coal that is obtained in a pulverized coal manufacturing device is supplied self-sufficiently as a fuel to raise the temperature of the gas for drying the pulverized coal. It becomes possible to supply stably and at a low cost the fuel for raising gas temperature by adjusting the manufacturing quantity of the dried pulverized coal by taking in consideration the quantity of the pulverized coal that is consumed as fuel for raising the gas temperature. Furthermore, since the pulverized coal is dried to a high degree in the pulverized coal manufacturing device, it is possible to transport pneumatically the pulverized coal to the burner 5 very smoothly and there is no problem of clogging in the line L, joint sections, etc.

    • PURPOSE:To flow ascending gas at center part and to make stability and promote efficiency of the operation by charging coke from a charging chute at the center part arranged with slope under suitable condition at the time when the previous piling layer at the center part in a blast furnace reaches to the optimum height. CONSTITUTION:The coke is exclusively charged into the center part in the blast furnace from the charging chute at the center part arranged with slope so as penetrating furnace wall at the top part in the blast furnace and directing to the center part. Then, the setting condition of the charging chute and interrelation between height of the previous piling layer at the center part and the dropping piled shape of the above charging coke formed on this are beforehand grasped. Further, the height of the previous piling layer in the center part at the time of the actual operation is measured with horizontal sonde and vertical sonde. At the time when this height reaches to the optimum height, based on the above setting condition and the interrelation, charge of the coke at the center part is exclusively executed. By this method, the coke is suitably piled into the center part and the ascending gas is flowed at the center part in the blast furnace and the blast furnace operation is made to stability and promoted to efficiency.
