    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hand lever device capable of ensuring high safety and making hands and fingers scarcely tired and excellent in operating efficiency by installing a specific pushing and moving part for pushing and moving a main lever in a lever piece shaft. SOLUTION: This hand lever device 10 is obtained by installing a main lever 30 for performing operations to move from an opened position separated from a gripping part 11 to a closed position U adjacent to the gripping part 11, a sub-lever 51 held at an optional position from the minimum set position to the maximum set position H and a turning back member 45 freely rotatably held in a lever piece shaft 60 integrally provided in the sub-lever 51. The hand lever device 10 is further equipped with a pushing and moving part 70 for pushing and moving the main lever 30 so as to move from the opened position to the closed position U when moving the sub-lever 51 from the side of the maximum set position H to the minimum set position.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air blowing fan capable of effectively reducing noise discharged to the outside directly using a nose part as a generation source without reducing fan performance greatly.
      SOLUTION: This air blowing fan is provided with an impeller 25 having predetermined number of vanes 26, a fan case 21 in which the impeller is eccentrically arranged, a suction port 22 is formed by facing a central part of a board of the impeller, and a spiral scroll passage 23 whose start end part becomes the nose part 23a having small width and whose terminal part becomes a discharge port 23b having large width is formed between the outer periphery 25b of the impeller and it, and a driving source for rotating and driving the impeller. A blind plate part 35 functioning as a sound wave reflection means is provided so as to cover a part of the suction port in a fan cover 30 put at a position apart from the nose part by 1/2 wavelength along the direction E of radiation of noise to be reduced to reduce noise discharged to the outside using the nose part as the generation source.

      SOLUTION: The portable working machine comprises an internal combustion engine 2 in which a load acting along an axis Y of a crankshaft 17 is uneven across both sides of a reciprocation axis X of a piston 16, a working member 9 driven by the internal combustion engine 2, a rotor 21 secured to the crankshaft 17 to form a light load side 17R thereof, and a balancer weight 31 affixed to the rotor 21 and adapted to act in canceling a runout caused on a heavy load side 17L of the crankshaft 17 by a reciprocation of the piston 16. A center of gravity G of the balancer weight 31 is positioned in a range of 140° to 180° to the reciprocation axis X in a rotation direction r of the rotor 21 while the piston 16 is at a top dead center TDC.

Thus, the sub-throttle lever 15 is surely swingingly operated in the normal front and back operation direction D with a swing center axis O as a center strictly at all times. Thus, the movement of the sub-throttle lever 15 becomes smooth.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily install and remove an icing kit by inserting and locking one end of the icing kit between a cylinder cover and a head cover, and fastening/installing the other end to/in a proper position of an internal combustion engine by a locking tool. SOLUTION: An icing kit 9 is composed of a superposed part 9a with an upper surface of a cylinder cover 1 and a hot air guide part 9b to cover a part of a cooling exhaust airflow delivery port 18 arranged on an outer peripheral surface of the cylinder cover 1. Its one end 9c, that is, the tip of the superposed part 9a is inserted and locked between the cylinder cover 1 and a head cover 8 fixed to the cylinder cover 1, and the other end 9d, that is, the lower end of the hot air guide part 9b is co-fastened to an installing seat part 21a overhanging from a crankcase 21 by a screw 19 of a locking tool together with the lower end of the cylinder cover 1. Therefore, the icing kit 9 to guide hot air after cooling a cylinder 17 to the air intake port side of a carburetor from the cooling exhaust airflow delivery port 18 of the cylinder cover 1, can be easily installed and removed.
