摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To rationally and easily fix window glass in a short time with no sealing problem not only in the case of new manufacture but also in the case of repair. SOLUTION: The window glass 4 is fitted from the outside of a vehicle into a window frame 3 that can be put in and out of a window opening 2 from the inside of the vehicle, and a seal 5 is applied thereto and fixed to constitute a window unit 22 in advance. The window unit 22 is fitted to the window opening 2 from the inside of the vehicle and put on the vehicle interior side of the window opening 2. The window frame 3 is screw-fastened to a door side window support frame 24 extending along the outside of the window frame 3, from the outside through a working clearance 23 between a vehicle outer side face 4a of the outer peripheral part of the window glass 4 and a vehicle outside opening edge 2a1 of the window opening 2. The window glass 4 is thereby fitted into the window opening 2 through the window frame 3, and the seal 5 is applied to obtain a fixed state, thus attaining the purpose.

SOLUTION: An elastic pad 6 is attached and adhered to a corner part 3a of a stepped part 3 formed on a window opening 2 of the vehicle door 1 and opened to one side of the inside and the outside. Thereafter, an outer periphery part of a window glass 4 is attached, positioned and adhered to the elastic pad 6. A sealing material 5a is filled and solidified in a seal reservoir 8 laid and formed on both of a border part 36 of the stepped part 3 and the elastic pad 6 and a border part 46 of the elastic pad 6 and the window glass 4 at one surface side and the other surface side of the window glass 4 of the stepped part 3. Thereby, a seal 5 is applied thereto and the purpose is accomplished.

摘要： PURPOSE:To lessen both members in number and manhours required as much as possible by setting a play between one opening periphery of a pane of window glass and the front side section of the pane of glass smaller in dimension than the overhang of its rear side section, but larger than a catching margin between the overhang section of the rear side section on the other side and its opening periphery, and thereby sealing the members so as to be fixed. CONSTITUTION:A pane of front glass 1 is formed into a similar figure fairly smaller in size than a window opening 7, and a pane of rear glass 2 is formed into each overhang side section 4a and 4b. A play (a) between the upper side section of an opening periphery 7a and the upper side section of the pane of front glass 1 is made smaller in dimension (c) than the overhang side section 4a of the pane of rear glass 2 which is overhanged beyond the pane of front glass 1 at the upper side, and also made larger than a catching margin (b) between the lower overhang side section 4b of the pane of rear glass 2 and the lower side of the opening periphery 7a. Under the aforesaid condition, the lower overhang side section 4b is moved to the inner side so as to be positioned over the lower side section 11b of a circular groove 11 while being closely adhered on packing 14 and 16, so that the pane of front glass 1 is thereby flushed with an outer skin 6. In addition, sealing material 18 is filled in among a pane of window glass 4, the window opening 7 and the circular groove 11.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform the manual opening and closing operations by driving a window member energized by a window balance device to such an extent that it stops due to friction force through a magnet clutch connected only when power is conducted to a motor. SOLUTION: A window balance device 3 which energizes an output lever 2 in the upward direction at all times is provided on a rear surface side of a frame 1, and a drive part 4 provided with a motor M which drives the output lever 2 in a reciprocating manner and a worm decelerator G is provided on a surface side thereof. Preferably, energizing force of the window balance device 3 is such an extent that it supports the weight of a window member. An electromagnetic clutch 6 is provided on the halfway of a power transmission path from the motor M to the output lever 2. A roller 12 rolls or slides in a horizontal guide 13 to drive the window member 11 vertically. A controller turns 'ON' the power transmission of the electromagnetic clutch 6 when the motor M is rotated in both forward and reverse directions. Consequently, it is possible to open and close the window member 11 manually and freely, even if the motor M stops during the automatic operation.
