摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and apparatus for recovering a solvent by which a high purity solvent is efficiently recovered from the solvent containing a evaporative alkaline material. SOLUTION: A low boiling point impurity, the evaporative alkaline material, a high boiling point impurity and/or a non-volatile impurity are removed and the high purity solvent is recovered by evaporating the solvent containing impurities in an evaporation part A, separating the high boiling point impurity and/or the non-volatile impurity as still residue, supplying vapor containing the low boiling point impurity, the evaporative alkaline material and the solvent to a cleaning part B and cleaning using a cleaning liquid prepared by incorporating an acidic material to a material constituting the solvent to be recovered under a temperature and pressure in which the solvent in the vapor is substantially condensed to remove the alkaline material in the vapor and supplying the vapor in which the alkaline material is removed to a rectifying part C to be rectified. 摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a device for regenerating and recovering a resist removing liquid such that the resist removing liquid component which hardly contains the resist component, water, acidic gas component or carbonic acid component can be efficiently recovered from a used resist removing liquid containing nonvolatile impurities such as the resist component and low boiling point impurities such as water as well as an acidic gas component or carbonic acid component. SOLUTION: An alkali hydroxide is added to the used resist removing liquid so as to fix the carbonic acid component in the used resist removing liquid as an alkali carbonate, and the liquid in this state is subjected to distillation. Or, the used resist removing liquid in which the carbonic acid component is fixed as an alkali carbonate is subjected to continuous or batch distillation in a distillation and recovery process to separate the inorganic component such as alkali carbonates and the resist component as a still residue, and the vaporized fraction is supplied to a fractionating tower to separate the low boiling point impurities such as water and solvents to recover the resist removing liquid component.

摘要： PURPOSE:To bring the titled desulfurization system to a closed system not discharging a MgSO4 solution, by adding a chelate agent to the recirculation solution containing Mg(OH)2 as absorbent of an absorbing tower and keeping the pH thereof low while depositing, separating and recovering MgSO4 from a waste absorbing solution. CONSTITUTION:Exhaust gas is guided to an absorbing tower 1 and brought into contact with a recirculation solution, of which the pH is adjusted to 4.0-6.5 by an Mg(OH)2 slurry and to which a chelate agent such as EDTA is added from a pipe 9, to absorb and remove SO2. A part of the recirculation solution is guided to a neutralization/crystallization tank 2 while Mg(OH)2 is added thereto from a pipe 14 to convert Mg(HSO3)2 in the solution to Mg(SO3)2. The deposited MgSO3 crystal is guided to a solid-liquid separator 3 and separated and recovered. The filtrate is refluxed into the absorbing tower 1 through a filtrate tank 16 and a pipe 18.

Next, drain waste water W1 is sprayed to overheated steam V3 by the arrangement of a temp. reducing machine in the post-stage of the mechanical compressor 6 to be returned to a saturated state and sent to the evaporator 4 to be utilized as a heat source.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely execute a solvent using stage, such as resistance washing (peeling) stage without requiring the discharge of contaminated solvents outside of the system or subjecting the solvents to a regenerating treatment in the outside by regenerating and recovering the solvents used in the resist washing (peeling) stage, etc., to be executed in production stages for liquid crystal devices, ICs, etc. SOLUTION: The solvents contg. low boiling contamination components and high boiling contamination components are vaporized in an evaporation section A and the high boiling contamination components are separated as still residues. On the other hand, the vapors generated in the evaporation section A are passed through a mist separator 2 and are introduced to a capacitor 3 where the vapors are partly condensed. The condensate is returned as the liquid for mist washing to a mist washing device 2. The vapors failing to be condensed in the condenser 3 are supplied to a rectification section B where the vapors are subjected to rectification and the low b.p. contamination components are separated as fractions. As a result, the refined solvents are recovered and are returned to the solvent using stages, by which the solvents are cyclically used.
