摘要： PURPOSE:To improve filtration efficiency and prolong the life of filter cloths by applying frame tightening pressure in proportion to the pressure and compression pressure at the supplying of slurry to a filter press thereby increasing the frame tightening pressure stepwise. CONSTITUTION:Laminated bodies 7 consisting of water pressure plates 5 provided with filter frames 3 and diaphragms 4 and the filter cloths 6 disposed between the filter frames 3 and the water pressure plates 5 are disposed in multiple stages between a stationary plate 1 and a movable plate 2. A discharge hole 8 for discharging dehydrated water is provided to each filter frame 3 and a supply hole 9 for supplying compressed water to each water pressure plate 5. The movable plate 2 connects to the hydraulic press 11 provided to the stationary plate 10, and oil pipings 12, 13 connected to the respective chamber of the hydraulic press 11 are disposed. Since the laminated bodies 7 are tightened by the frame tightening pressure adapted to respective processes, the frame surface pressures assume values optimum for the respective processes, and this results in improved extraction efficiency of filtrate and prolonged life of the filter cloths.

摘要： PURPOSE:To improve filtration efficiency by successively opening and closing the raw liquid supply valves provided to respective filter frames thereby filling raw liquid uniformly into the filter chambers within the respective filter frames and filtering the same by the diaphtagm type filter press. CONSTITUTION:Control valves 31 are provided to the respective filter frames 23 of a diaphragm type filter press E disposed respectively alternately with the filter frames 23 provided with filter chambers 24, the filter cloths 27 for raw liquid, the spacers 28 leading filtrate to the outside and the filter plates 25 provided with pressure bags 26 pressing the raw liquid. Next, sprockets 39 are rotated right wards to move cams 30 in a right horizontal direction and allow the cam 30 to contact with the bottom end of the spool 46 of at least one valve 31. Thence, the cam 30 forces up the spool 46 to open the valve, and this causes the raw liquid in a tank 36 to be supplied at a fixed rate from a main pipe 34 and branch pipes 33 into each filter chamber 24 by a fixed displacement pump 35 via the respective valves 31 and lead-in pipes 32 by passing the same circuit geometrically.
