    • PURPOSE:To relieve the extent of stress concentration in a swash crossed part as well as to prevent any crack from occurring by attaching each of swash plates, where adjoined ones become reversely tilted with each other, to the lower end of a corrugated vertical bulkhead being erected on an inner bottom plate, and installing a counter bracket, existing in the same surface with the adjoined swash plate, at the underside of the swash plate on one side. CONSTITUTION:A vertical, rectangular corrugated bulkhead 1 is erected on an inner bottom plate in a direction orthogonal with a side shell and traversing the hull. Each of swash plates 2a, 2b, where adjoined ones become tilted in reverse with each other, is attached to a lower end of this corrugated recess surface as being intersected at an orthogonal crossing part 3. Then, counter brackets 4a, 4b, existing in the same plane with adjacent swash plates 2b, 2a are set up at each underside of these swash plates 2a, 2b. In consequence, the orthogonal crossing part 3 comes to a continuous structure so that stress concentration due to load is sharply relived.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To exactly detect the position of a line included in an image even when any originally unwanted fluctuation is included in the picked-up and provided image by detecting the candidate positions of both ends of a line from an edge position and detecting the center line of the line from the candidate point of a central position and the candidate positions of both the ends of the line. SOLUTION: A central point candidate detector 6 detects the candidate position of the central point of the line from generated projection distribution. On the other hand, an edge detector 7 detects several edge positions from the change of horizontal lightness in the image picked up by a TV camera 1 and supplies these edge positions to a both end candidate detector 8. Then, a center line detector 9 finally decides the position of the line based on the detected central point candidate of the line, the candidates of both the ends of the line and the position and width of the line inputted from a white line model storage part 10. This line position is sent to the white line model storage device 10 in order to utilize it for processing the next new image and line position data are updated. Therefore, the position of the line can be properly detected.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the workability, by arbitrarily putting a sand classifier separating soil charged in a hopper to sand and stones and a bagging device supplying bags to be filled with the separated sand from the classifier by turns, on the loading base of a truck. SOLUTION: A sand bag-making machine 1 is constituted of a soil classifier 4 put on the loading base 3 of a truck 2 and a bagging device 5. The soil classifier 4 is provided with mesh-form spiral blades fittid to an inclined rotary shaft, a plurality of vibration screens arranged at a slant in the order of coarser openings from the top to the bottom, or bar-form blades that a number of curveed bars are fixed on a pair of inclined shafts, in the easing connected to the hopper to classify the soil 6 charged in the hopper 7 to separate sand 9 and stones 8. The bagging device 5 is constituted of a hopper charging the sand and a rotary plate radially holding a plurality of bags to or the hopper and a sewing device of a supplied belt-form material to make bags. In this way, sand bags can be continuously produced at optional positions in an emergency.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate manual cleaning works in a detrimental environment and improve the safety and economy by furnishing a luminaire at its front surface of glass with a drive shaft connected with wind wheel and a supporting shaft, and mounting a cleaning brush on a belt set over them in arrangement up and down. SOLUTION: The frame 3 of a cleaner is fixed by a bolt, etc., to the box body of a luminaire 1 fitted with a lamp cover glass 2. A wind wheel 4 is furnished in the upper part of the frame 3, and a drive shaft 6 and a supporting shaft 7 for moving mechanism are installed on the sides of the glass 2 where a belt 5 is set over, and the rotation is transmitted to the drive shaft through the belt. Another belt 8 fitted with a cleaning brush 9 is set over between the two shafts 6 and 7. When the wind wheel 4 is rotated by an air stream generated with car running in a tunnel, the brush 9 moves left and right on the front surface of the glass 2 so the brushing motions are generated. Thus eliminates necessity for cleaning works by human labor with an altitude working vehicle on a car road which involves much exhaust gas and dust and whose lane(s) must be blockaded.

    • PURPOSE: To enhance an execution accuracy by providing a television camera, image memory, marking detecting means, start and end point detecting means, drive mechanism, and movement detecting sensor. CONSTITUTION: An image picked up by a first television camera 3a by illuminating a road by means of a lighting is stored in a first image memory 8a and the position of a road marking 11 is detected at a first marking detecting means 9a, and start and end points of a marking 11, in a broken line, are detected at a start and end point detecting sensor 10. Next, the amount of movement of a repairing car is detected by a car movement detecting sensor so that the marking 11 is caused to come to the center of a field of vision of a second television camera 3b by means of a drive mechanism 5 when the second camera 3b has reached a position of the marking 11 estimated based on an image of the camera 3a. Thereafter an image which is picked up by the camera 3b is stored in a second image memory 8b to detect a precise position of the marking 11 by means of a second marking detecting means 9b and the drive mechanism 5 is finely adjusted to position a paint nozzle 7 to the existing road marking.
