摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the repairing material for the brick in the carbonization chamber of the coke oven, which is used at the time of repairing a space due to the difference between thermal expansion coefficients of a metallic part of an oven entrance and refractory brick in a carbonization chamber of a coke oven, surface deterioration of the refractory brick due to its thermal history or wear, a through-hole in the refractory brick, or the like, and has high adhesiveness and exhibits an excellent repairing effect over a long period and also to provide the repairing method using the same. SOLUTION: This repairing material is a blend comprising: (a) 100 pts.wt. of mortar; (b) 0.1 to 10 pts.wt. of a powdery component consisting of 70 to 100 wt.% of at least one powdery metal compound selected from compounds of Co, Ni and Al and 0 to 30 wt.% of at least one powdery metal compound selected from compounds of Ca, Mg, Zn, Sr, Ba, Fe, V, Pb, Cu and Ti; and (c) 2 to 50 pts.wt. of a liquid component consisting of 1 to 30 wt.% of SiO2 , 3 to 34 wt.% of Na2 O and/or K2 O, 1.5 to 12 wt.% of B2 O3 , 0.3 to 4 wt.% of P2 O5 and the balance of water. This repairing method comprises subjecting refractory brick to be repaired to hot coating with this blend, namely, the objective repairing material.

Then, the value of the supplied steam pressure is corrected through a feed back control by comparing the water content attached to the dried coal with that of the objective value, and further the output of the feed back control is fuzzy-controlled.

A coal feeder of each hopper is controlled while correcting the amount cut out of each hopper according to the deviation. As a result, the level of the deposited pile of the coal in the coal filling spaces under each hole is made to maintain the same level and rise thereto during the coal charging period.

These gyration mechanism 13 and the gyration angle detection part 21 are built together with the telemeter in the oven door lifter 16. The apparatus can dispense with the use of a moving mechanism and a turning mechanism for the detector such as a sensor in contrast to conventional apparatus. Accordingly, the apparatus necessitates decreased installation space, stabilizes the mounting part of the detection apparatus and contributes to the improvement of detection accuracy, simplification of accessory apparatuses, shortening of time cycle and reduction of cost.

Dusting caused by the overdried coal can thus be eliminated.
