    • PURPOSE:To provide a burner having a quite high directed radiation by a method wherein a porous plate body opposing to a combustion surface of a main body of a burner is applied with a thickness of more than 5mm. and with 20- 400 meshes. CONSTITUTION:A porous ceramic plate 1 forming a combustion surface 1a is fixed to a pan-like case 2 in such a condition as covering it, both fuel gas supplying pipe 3 and combustion air supplying pipe 4 are connected to the case 2, premixed fuel gas and combustion air are injected from the plate 1 and then they are ignited at the combustion surface 1a. Porous plate 5 formed as a rectangular grid form is oppositely faced against the combustion surface 1a with a spacing of about 5-10mm. thereto, a space between the plate 1 and the porous plate 5 is covered by a cover 6 and the porous plate 5 is formed to have a thickness (d) more than 5mm., preferably less than 20mm.. Further, the porous plate 5 is formed to have its opening of 20-400 meshes and it is formed to have a value less than 100 mesh in case of applying it to Bunsen burner.

    • PURPOSE:To contrive reduction of running cost by eliminating power consumption for making continuous driving of an exhausting motor-driven fan, by making forced discharge of exhaust gas continuously by driving a compressor by a gas turbine to be driven by the exhaust gas from a combustion chamber. CONSTITUTION:When a compressor 6 interlocked and connected with a gas turbine 7 by a starter 13 is once started by supplying fuel and air to a combustion chamber 4, the turbine 7 is driven and the compressor 6 is driven continuously. Then driving of the turbine 7 and the compressor 6 based on exhaust gas from the combustion chamber 4 is kept maintained and the exhaust gas from the turbine 7 is discharged out of a system continuously. Then as a heater can be made to actuate continuously without being accompanied by power consumption except for a starting time, running cost as a whole of equipment can be reduced drastically.

    • PURPOSE:To prepare a material for forming a combustion face with sufficient strength and hold the rear face side temperature of the combustion face formation material at sufficient low temperature for the prevention of a reverse flame by approachably and parallely providing a corrugated plate composed of band metal thin plates in its thickness direction and forming many small jet outlets of air-fuel mixture between the corrugated plates. CONSTITUTION:A gas fuel supply passage 2 and a combustion air supply passage 3 are connected to a gas burner body 1 and a member 5 for forming a combustion surface 4 is attached to the gas burner body 1. The combustion surface formation member 5 spirally is wound in a condition to superpose a corrugator 5a composed of band metal thin plates formed in the form of a wave plate and a smooth plate 5b composed of the band metal thin plate, and many small jet outlets 6 of air-fuel mixture are formed between the corrugator 5a and the smooth plate 5b. In other words, the air-fuel mixture is distributed in the small jet outlets 6 from the burner body 1, and the mixture from the small jet outlets 6 is surface-burned on the combustion surface 4.

    • PURPOSE:To enable to increase the changeable range for loading of heat, as well as to largely increase the radiant efficiency of a burner, by using instered ceramics having lots of winding pores as a burner plate, in a gas burner of infrared ray radiation type. CONSTITUTION:A burner plate 1 is made of sintered material such as alumina, cordierite, alumina-silica, silicon carbide, silicon nitride, zirconia or beta-spodumene. The burner plate 1 is fitted to a burner body 3 which is connected to a gas feed pipe 2. A burner port 4, consisting of lots of pores of which average diameter and mesh size on the surface 1a are less than 1.7mm. and more than 13 meshes, respectively, is provided in the burner plate 1. A nozzle 5 to inject fuel gas to the burner port is fitted to the feed pipe 2, and a porous plate 6 to disperse gas is provided in the burner body 3. The air is sucked into the gas feed pipe 2 by the injected fuel gas from the nozzle 5, and the mixed gas of fuel and air is uniformly fed to the whole surface of a burner plate 1, passing through the porous plate 6. The mixed gas is burned on the surface 1a of a burner plate 1, from which infrared rays are radiated.
