Adsorbed O2 further passes through the solid electrolyte layer in a state of an O ion from the first electrode layer 1 to be attracted to the second electrode layer 2, and an electron is taken from the O ion by the second electrode layer 2 to generate O2 in the second space S2. Therefore, O2 can be recovered as oxygen enriched gas through a valuable recovery passage 6.

This cutting tool is applied to the end portion of the plastic tube 7, and a spirally formed part of the cutter 6 is pushed to the periphery of the tube end and turned, then the outer surface of the plastic tube 7 can be cut at a fixed rate of feed.

Since this catalyst decomposes NOX at extremely low temp. of about 100 deg.C or less, a sufficient amount of heat is imparted to the hot recovered fluid in the heat exchange part to make it possible to sufficiently lower the temp. of combustion gas.
