摘要： PURPOSE:To control oxygen concentration in exhaust gas fixedly and burn oxygen by measuring oxygen concentration in enriched air after mixing oxygen and obtaining the quantity of air for required combustion from the result of the measurement and the flow rate fuel and controlling the quantity of air and burning fuel. CONSTITUTION:C fuel 10 having high energy and B fuel 1 having low energy are burnt in a combustion chamber 7. When B fuel 1 is burnt by enriched air in which oxygen 17 is mixed into air 1a, air for combustion required for B fuel 1 to oxygen concentration in enriched air is inputted previously to a computing element 20 so as to obtain an optimum air-fuel ratio while the signal of oxygen concentration from an oxygen analytical instrument 18 is inputted, and air is adjusted by an air regulating valve 5 for burning B fuel so that a value in an exhaust gas oxygen analytical instrument 9 is made constant.

摘要： PURPOSE:To prevent a blowing up of an waste gas from gaps between blooms in two lines by forming with partition walls a passage for the waste gas flowing in from a heating zone under the blooms in an under part of an preheating zone of a continuous type heating furnace for which the blooms are charged parallelly in two lines. CONSTITUTION:The partition walls 6a, 6b and 6c, 6d having the height in which the wall does not abut to the blooms 5a, 5b are provided from a hearth 2 along outside surfaces of skid posts 4a, 4b and 4c, 4d under a preheaing zone. Heating zone sides of the walls 6a, 6d are bended to sides of furnace walls 1 and heating zone sides of the walls 6b, 6c are bended so as to contact each other. The path of the waste gas flowing from the heating zone side to a flue is formed from the blooms 5a, 5b on skids 3a, 3b and 3c, 3d and the walls 6a, 6b and 6c, 6d. Thereby, blowing up of the waste gas of the heating zone from the gap of the blooms 5a, 5b is prevented in the preheating zne and deterioration of heat transfer efficiency therein is prevented.

CONSTITUTION:The inside of a continuous annealing furnace is so arranged, for example, as to permit provision of partition walls 1 in 9 places, so that the lengths of its preheating zone, heating zone and soaking zone are made variable. The walls 1 are so set as to use sections 1, 2 as the preheating zone, sections 3-6 as the heating zone and the sections 7-10 as the soaking zone in the case of annealing a high load materialIcontinuously and to use the sections 1-6 as the preheating zone, the section 7 as the heating zone and the section 8-10 as the soaking zone in the case of annealing a low load material II continuously. In this way, if the length of the furnace is divided so as to suit each material to be passed and the material is annealed continuously, the best fundamental unit of fuel is obtained.

摘要： PURPOSE:To improve the balance of the air-fuel ratio and to prevent a overheat of the radiant tube by communicating a primary and secondary air feeding systems with a common preheated air inlet and providing a diameter variable orifice in the secondary air feeding system. CONSTITUTION:The burner body 2 comprises a double cylinder including an inner cylinder 4 and an outer cylinder 5. The inside of the inner cylinder 4 constitutes a fuel feeding system 6, an inner and annular space between the inner and outer cylinders 4 and 5 constitutes a primary air feeding system 7, and an outer and annular space between the outer culinder 5 and the radiant tube 1 constitutes a secondary air feeding system 8. An air supply port 11 communicated with the preheated air inlet 10 of the burner body 2 is opened to the primary air feeding system 7 through the outer cylinder 5. Further, a diameter variable orifice 11' is provided on the outer surface of the outer cylinder 5 toward the secondary air feeding system 8 which uses the preheated air inlet 10 in common with the primary air feeding system 7.
