Further, the shape of the end part 4 of the lance 1 is formed by successively, connecting two or more of spherical surfaces having the curvature radius gradually reduced as approaching the end part in the size range A(mm) in the axial direction at A>=0.08.εT from the end part of the lance to the stirring energy density εT(W/ton) with the top-blown gas. 摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To uniformize molten steel stream and to enable the casting of a continuously cast slab having good quality by using a single hole nozzle composed of a complex material difficult-to-sticking inclusion on the tip end part or the inner and the outer surfaces and impressing static magnetic field between mutual long side walls during supplying the molten steel. SOLUTION: A continuous casting mold 1 is composed of a pair of short side walls 1a and a pair of long side walls 1b. A straight immersion nozzle 2 is composed of the complex material difficult-to-sticking the inclusion on the tip end part or the inner and the outer surfaces, and the rear end part thereof has an opened spouting hole 2a and connects with a tundish. A static magnetic field generator 3 arranged at the back surfaces of the long side walls 1b in the continuous casting mold 1 generates the static magnetic field from the long side wall 1b toward the other side of the long side wall and the molten steel spouted from the immersion nozzle 2 is decelerated and the variation of the molten steel surface is restrained to prevent the entrapment of powder. Almost uniform stream is developed at the range C near non-magnetic field and the molten steel is further decelerated with the static magnetic field generator 4 to make the uniformized descending stream. By this method, the product quality and the productivity can be improved.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the development of defect on the surface of a cast slab without adding an excess process by blowing gas enriching oxygen in a specific quantity onto the surface of the cast slab drawn from a mold for continuous casting. SOLUTION: The oxygen-enriched gas is blown onto the cast slab 2 drawn from the mold 1 for continuous casting and such oxide film as to enable the removal of full defect of crack, etc., developed on this surface, is formed. The oxygen-enriched gas is made to 23-27% oxygen concn. The blowing of the oxygen-enriched gas can be executed through plural oxygen-enriched gas supplying pipes 4 together with spray nozzles for secondary cooling in a secondary cooling zone just below the mold 1 (the surface temp. of the cast slab 2 is high temp. such as about 800-1300 deg.C and is easily oxidized). The place blowing the gas can be blown only to the position easily developing the defect or can be blown to the whole periphery. The thickness of the oxide film is made to the depth or deeper of the defect on the surface of the cast slab and the oxide film is removed before rolling.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify the casting of plural layer cast slab enriching alloy components on a surface layer part and to prevent the development of surface crack by dipping the tip part of a bar-like additive containing the alloy components into molten metal surface in a mold, melting while giving ultrasonic oscillation and at the same time, impressing DC magnetic field to the molten metal. SOLUTION: The bar-like additive 5 containing the prescribed alloy components is dipped into the surface of molten steel 7 poured into a continuous casting mold 3 from a tundish 1 through an immersion nozzle 2, and melted while giving the oscillation by an ultrasonic generator 4. At the same time, the magnetic field for concentrating the alloy components in the molten steel 7' is impressed by a DC electromagnetic coil 6 arranged at the upper end side of the continuous casting mold 3, and fluidity of the molten steel 7' just below a meniscus is restrained and the alloy components are efficiently concentrated to form the alloy enriched solidified shell 8 in the extremely shallow range of the surface layer part. Then, the alloy components are made to one or more kinds selected among C, Ti, Nb, B, Zn or N.

The coating weight of plating is adjusted to about 40 to 60g/m by the coating weight controller 7. The distance between the sealing plate 8 and the steel sheet 1 is set at 2 to 15mm. The magnetic field generator 5 impresses a static magnetic field of 0.05 to 1.0T in the intensity of the static magnetic field on the hollow pot and energizes the plating bath 2 with current of 500 to 2000A parallel with the steel sheet 1. As a result, the plated steel sheet having the excellent stability and adhesion property is obtd.

The AC power supply 1 is applied to the mold 4 through a conductor connection terminal 2. The current flowing in the mold 4 is inversely proportional to 1/2 power of the permeability due to the skin effect. Because the permeability is different by several thousand times by the material to be used for the mold, remarkable difference can be realized in the substantial electric resistance. The current concentratedly flows in the part of the low permeable metal plating layer 10. The quality of the continuously cast slab is improved, and the power can be reduced.

For suppressing the furnace temp. for the purpose of suppressing the varying width, the kind of gas may suitably be changed, and as for preferable heating conditions, the heating temp. preferably regulated to 1150 to 1300 deg.C, the heating time is regulated to >=60min and the concn. of oxygen in the atmosphere is regulated to 0.5 to 1.5%. Thus, the generation of linear surface flaws called as linear scabs in hot rolling can efficiently be prevented.
