摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable reducing quantity of rebound loss, nozzle dripping, dusting, etc., of sprayed spraying material by efficiently kneading powdery and granular material as the spraying raw material and water in a nozzle. SOLUTION: The powder and granular material of the spraying raw material is directly press-fed into the inner hole of a nozzle 90 from a material hose 11. Further, plural communicating holes 116 having different boring hole angles to the nozzle center, are formed to spout water into the inner hole of nozzle 90 toward the discharge tip part of the nozzle 90 from a water storing part 113 of an attachment 111 circularly circulating water from a water hose 12 supplied under pressurizing to the outer peripheral part of the nozzle in a kneading member 114 arranged at the rear end part of the nozzle 90. By this constitution, the spouting angle and the spouting position of the water spouted from each communicating hole 116 is changed to spiral state in the time series to develop a voltex water flow and the spraying material press-fed from the rear part is further efficiently knead with water and spouted from the tip part of the nozzle.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable continuous spraying work in both of a molten iron region and a molten slag region by selectively supplying the different spraying materials from plural hoppers, respectively, press-feeding the pressed, air, kneading a prescribed quantity of water and spraying. SOLUTION: A prescribed spraying material is sprayed to a bed part and wall parts contacting with the molten iron and the molten slag, etc., in an iron tapping runner of a blast furnace at a prescribed discharge pressure to work a working lining. In a spraying material supplying device, the hoppers 201A, 201B for individually storing the spraying materials for the molten iron region and for molten slag region are mounted on a carriage 200. The spraying material is selectively discharged from the hoppers through each of discharge mechanisms and continuously supplied into a spraying gun 210 through screw feeders 203A, 203B. Then, the spraying material is press-fed to a spraying unit with the pressed air from an air valve unit 212 and kneaded with water supplied through an adding water valve unit 214 and sprayed. These operations are controlled through a control panel 216.

SOLUTION: In a spraying material supplying device 2, the spraying material carried through a container bag 7 is separately incorporated into plural hoppers 201A, 201B in each use and supplied into a spraying gun 210 through each of screw feeders. This spraying material is press-fed to a spraying unit 30 with the carrying air having the prescribed pressure from an air compressor 5. In this spraying unit 30, the nozzle head 91 providing a nozzle 90 is freely turnable with a head turning device 80 and also, freely slidable with a head sliding device 60 and these devices are held with a spraying vehicle 1 composed of a carriage 22 providing a caterpillar pushing device 21 and multi-step boom 28. The spraying material is kneaded with a prescribed quantity of the adding water in a nozzle head 91 and sprayed to the iron tapping runner from the nozzle 90.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and precisely execute the repairing of worn position in the inner surface of an iron tapping runner in a short time by holding a spraying nozzle head so as to be freely swung and slid at the time of spraying a spraying material for repairing to a bed part and wall parts of an iron tapping runner of a blast furnace. SOLUTION: A spray unit 30 is held to the tip part of a boom 28 fitted to a mobile carriage so as to be freely attached/detached with a chucking device 33. The nozzle head 91 is held to this spray unit 30 through a head rotating device 80 so as to be freely swung and slid. This nozzle head 91 is set to the spray starting position of the bed part and the wall parts of the iron tapping runner. The spraying material and the water are forcedly bed respectively from a material hose 11 and a water hose 12 to the inner hole of a nozzle 90 of the nozzle head 91, kneaded and injected from the tip part of the nozzle. At this time, while leveling the ununiformity of the spraying material in the spraying range by circularly swinging the nozzle 90, the spraying range is gradually moved and widened to apply a working lining to the damaged part of the bed part and the wall parts of the iron tapping runner.

At the time of repairing the pot-like trough 2, since the iron tapping in a blast furnace is stopped, the new supply of molten iron 4 is not executed. The whole remaining molten iron 4 in the pot-like trough 2 flows out from the discharging hole 5 for stored iron to the downstream. As the damage state of the refractory in the pot-like trough 2 can fully be observed and decided, the repairing work of the refractory can immediately be started.

摘要： PURPOSE: To reduce the damage to a tilting trough for flowing down molten iron and to prolong the service life of the trough by forming a molten iron flowing-out groove in a molten iron trough for a blast furnace to a sectorially widening shape, arranging a weir at the tip part thereof and opening a tunnel type flowing-out part at the bottom part of the weir. CONSTITUTION: The molten iron 2 from the blast furnace is flowed out into the tilting trough 10 through the molten iron flowing-out groove 2 in the molten iron trough 1 for the blast furnace. The flowing-out groove 3 is formed as the sectorially widening shape over from the tip part to the upstream side, and an upward gradient inclining part 8 is arranged at the bottom surface of the downstream end part and the weir 9 is projectively arranged so as to flow down the molten iron into the tilting trough 10 while thinning and widening the molten iron. Further, the tunnel type flowing-out hole 11 is opened by embedding a pipe, etc., at the lower part of the weir 9 so as not to remain the molten iron 2 at the weir 9. By this structure, the damage to the dropping position of molten iron 2 in the tilting trough bed part is reduced and the service life of the trough is drastically prolonged.

摘要： PURPOSE:To apply an agent on the surface of an amorphous refractory or a core or the like, and simplify the releasing from a frame by mixing scaly graphite of specified grain size in waste oil and preparing an accelerating agent. CONSTITUTION:10-50 pts.wt. of scaly graphite of 1mm or smaller grain size is mixed into 100 pts.wt. of waste oil and a mixture is used as an accelerating agent for releasing from a frame. When the mixture is applied on the surface of a frame, a thick film of scaly graphite is formed on the frame surface, and releasing effect for preventing an amorphous refractory from bonding with the frame is generated. Cheap waste oil generated in a large volume in iron and steel mills and the like which can be used only as fuel can be used as a dispersant for said scaly graphite. Simple releasing from the frame can be achieved by said arrangement without applying an impact from outside, and using of an expensive high performance releasing agent becomes unnecessary for the frame releasing work during the hot process to reduce the manufacturing cost.
